دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية دراسة تطبيقية على أطفال القرية النموذجية السودانية (SOS)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث بعنوان (دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية) وتكمن مشكلة البحث بصفة أساسية في زيادة عدد الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية في دور الإيواء المختلفة. وهدف البحث إلى العمل علي خدمة الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية والعمل علي إشباع إحتياجاتهم بتنسيق جهود المنظمات العالمية والمحلية بوضع إستراتجيات وتصورات من أجل مساعدة الأطفال في القرية النموذجية من تطوير نظامها في تقديم كل ما يحتاج إليه الأطفال وتنشئتهم تنشئة إجتماعية سليمة. وأتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة وأدوات البحث التي إستخدمت في هذا البحث هي الاستبيان والمقابلات الشخصية, والعينة المختارة لهذا البحث هي العينة العشوائية البسيطة وهي أبسط أنواع العينات وهي أكثر أصالة في العشوائية ويتم إختيارها بإعطاء فرص متساوية لجميع مفردات المجتمع لظهور العينة ولا يتم التحيز لأي مفردة علي حساب المفردات الأخرى. وجاءت نتائج هذا البحث تؤكد علي القائمين بفئة الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية ضرورة الاهتمام بهذه الفئة بتنسيق وتوظيف كافة الجهود الرسمية والشعبية والمنظمات الطوعية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والدولة وذلك بوضع خطط إستراتجية تعتمد علي الكوادر المؤهلة والمتخصصة في مجال الرعاية البديلة للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية، وأن أثر الحاجات النفسية والاقتصادية تؤثر علي الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية في مستواهم الأكاديمي وأيضاً تجعلهم غير قادرين علي الاندماج في المجتمع، وجاءت نتائج هذا البحث أيضاً في أن تزايد حاجات الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الأبوية المختلفة تتطلب دعم من الدولة . وأوصي البحث إلى توعية المجتمع الخارجي من أجل تقبل المجتمع الوضع الاجتماعي للطفل فاقد الرعاية الأبوية والأطفال بالقرية النموذجية السودانية والتدريب الكامل المتخصص وعكسه للأم البديلة والتي بدورها تعكسه للطفل ويجب بذل الجهود في توفير كل ما يحتاج إليه الأطفال من الحاجات البيولوجية والإجتماعية والنفسية داخل القرية السودانية وحمايتهم ورعايتهم لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والاهتمام بهذه الفئة لأن مراحل حياة الإنسان تبدأ بالطفولة .

Abstract The research dealt with the role of voluntary organizations in the social upbringing of children without parental care. The problem of research is mainly to increase the number of children without parental care in the various shelters. The aim of the research is to work on children without parental care and to meet their needs by coordinating the efforts of international and local organizations to develop strategies and perceptions in order to help children in the model village develop their system to provide all that the children need and nurture a healthy social upbringing. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, the inductive method, the case study method, and the research tools used in this research are the questionnaire and the personal interviews, and the sample selected for this research is the simple random sample, which is the simplest sample type and it is more authentic in randomization and is chosen by giving equal opportunities to all the vocabulary of the society Any individual is biased against the other vocabulary. The results of this study confirm the need to take care of this group by coordinating and employing all official and popular efforts, voluntary organizations, civil society organizations and the state by developing strategic plans based on qualified and specialized staff in the field of alternative care for children without parental care. And economic impact on children without parental care at their academic level and also make them unable to integrate into society, and the results of this research also that the increasing needs of children without parental care different Request support from the state. The study recommended that the community be sensitized to the society in order to accept the social situation of the child who lost parental care and children in the Sudanese model village and the full specialized training, which is reflected in the child. Efforts must be made to provide all the biological, social and psychological needs of the children in the Sudanese village. To achieve justice in the country and interest in this category because the stages of human life begin with childhood.
