دور القيادة الادارية في أداء العاملين (بالتطبيق على مجموعة جياد الصناعية)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور القيادة الإدارية في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بالتطبيق على مجموعة جياد الصناعية. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الكيفية التي تساهم بها القيادة الإدارية في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين بمجموعة جياد الصناعية، وتمثلت أيضا أهمية الدراسة في التعرف على المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من القيادة الإدارية وأداء العاملين، والتعرف على أهمية القيادة الإدارية في المؤسسة ودورها الفعال في استمراريتها وبقائها. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نمط القيادة السائد في مجموعة جياد الصناعية، وتسليط الضوء على القيادة الإدارية في شركة جياد الصناعية وأداء العاملين. افترضت الدراسة الاتي: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين القيادة الإدارية وتدريب العاملين، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين القيادة الإدارية والمشاركة، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين القيادة الإدارية والفعالية. كما اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام استبيان لجمع المعلومات. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين القيادة الإدارية وتدريب العاملين، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التدريب واتخاذ القرارات، حيث انه كلما كان هناك تدريب للعاملين أدى ذلك إلى اتخاذهم القرارات الصحيحة، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين كل من بيئة العمل ومشاركة العاملين. أوصت الدراسة بزيادة عملية التدريب لرفع كفاءة العاملين ليكونوا قادرين على أداء العمل والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، توفير معدات السلامة والصحة المهنية، لزيادة كفاءة العاملين على أداء عملهم، اجراء بحوث مستقبلية عن دور القيادة الإدارية في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين لتحقيق جودة الأداء.

Abstract The study dealt with the role of administrative leadership in raising the efficiency of the performance of workers by applying to the Giad Industrial Group. The problem of the study was represented in how the administrative leadership contributes to raising the efficiency of the performance of the employees of the Giad Industrial Group. The study aimed to identify the leadership style prevailing in the Giad Industrial Group, and to shed light on the administrative leadership in the Giad Industrial Company and the performance of employees. The study hybosses the following: There is a statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and employee training, there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and participation, and there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and effectiveness. The study also followed the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was used to collect information. Where the study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a positive statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and employee training, there is a statistically significant relationship between training and decision-making, as whenever there is training for employees, this leads to them making the right decisions, there is a positive statistically significant relationship Between work environment and employee participation. The study recommended increasing the training process to raise the efficiency of workers to be able to perform work and participate in decision-making, provide occupational safety and health equipment, to increase the efficiency of workers to perform their work, and conduct future research on the role of administrative leadership in raising the efficiency of workers' performance to achieve quality performance.
