تطوير نظام تسجيل الطلاب بالتطبيق على مدرسة العلوم الإدارية / جامعة كرري

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة: التطور التقني والمعرفي والتسارع الرهيب في تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في جميع المجالات ومختلف المؤسسات التعليمية منها والخدمية و ذات الأهداف الربحية وغيرها كلها تسعى لحوسبة أنظمتها مثال لها مكاتب التسجيل في كليات الجامعات الني من حلالها ينساب العملوفى هذا البحث تتم معالجة مشكلة مكتب مسجل مدرسة العلوم الإدارية –بجامعة كرري والتي تتمثل في الطلاب الذين يعانونعند التسجيل لكثرة الإجراءات المتبعة وتأخر انجاز الأعمال التي يعانى منها مستخدمي النظام أنفسهم و بالإضافة إلى ذلك نجد هناك عدم تناسق بين مكتب المسجل والمكاتب الأخرى ذات الصلة لذا تم تطوير نظام معلومات محوسب من خلال هذا البحث الذي نجد من أهدافه تحول نظام التسجيل من التقليدية إلى التقنية الحديثة ،تسهيل و زيادة سرعة الااجراءات بالمكتب ،وكذلك مواكبة التطور من خلال ربط المكتب بالمكاتب الأخرى ذات الصلة ،ويليهالإطار النظري الذي يبين أهمية الإدارة الالكترونية وكل مايتعلق بها من مجالات لتكون إضافة حقيقية إلى إدارات المؤسسات المختلفة،ومن ثم ياتى التحليل عن طريق الكينونات وقواميس البيانات التي تعبر عن كينونات النظام ،وكذلك تم التصميم والتنفيذ بلغة البرمجة (ORACLE) كأداة برمجية مناسبة لهذا المشروع من حلال تقنية (Developer 6i) لتصميم الواجهات و تقنية (Oracle 11g) لإنشاء قاعدة البيانات،و من نتائج هذا البحث التحول من النظام التقليدي إلى نظام محوسب هذا النظام الذي يساعد في عملية التسجيل واستخراج البطاقة والقيام بكل العمليات الإدارية الخاصة بالطلاب ليتم تحويل الملفات من ورقية إلى الكترونية لتلافى الكثير من المشاكل (التلف،الضياع ،الحريق،.....الخ) لتسريع وتسهيل القيام بالعديد من الإجراءات المكتبية واستخراج التقارير والسعي دائما لتطويره من اجل إكساب النظام القدر العالي من المرونة ،كما نوصى مستقبلا أن يتم تطوير هذا النظام أكثر وأكثر من اجل الارتقاء به لمواكبة الأنظمة عالية المستوى من خلال الربط الشبكي بين مكتب المسجل والمكتب الاكاديمى والشؤون العلمية وكل الأقسام ذات الصلة مع تطوير تطبيق مشابه على الهواتف الذكية نسبة لانتشارها الكبير وفعاليتها ورخص ثمنها.

Abstract The technical and cognitive development and the terrible acceleration in information and communication technology in all fields and the different educational institutions, including service and profitability goals and others are all seeking to computerize their systems, for example the registration offices in the colleges of universities. At the University of Kerry, which is the students who suffer when registration for the large number of procedures and delay the completion of the work suffered by users of the system themselves In addition, there is inconsistency between the Office of the Registrar and other relevant offices have been developed A computerized information system through this research, which aims to transform the registration system from traditional to modern technology, facilitate and increase the speed of the procedures in the office, as well as keeping pace with the development by linking the office with other relevant offices, followed by the theoretical framework which shows the importance of electronic management and everything The analysis is carried out by means of the entities and dictionaries that reflect the system's entities, as well as the design and implementation in the programming language (ORACLE) as a suitable software tool for this project from the developer 6i to design the interfaces (11g) to create the database, and the results of this research shift from the traditional system to a computerized system, which helps in the process of registration and extraction of the card and do all the administrative processes of students to convert files from paper to electronic to avoid a lot of problems Damage, loss, fire, etc.)to speed up and facilitate the execution of many office procedures and the extraction of reports and always strive to develop it in order to give the system a high degree of flexibility, and we recommend in the future that the development of this system more and more in order to upgrade it to keep pace with regulations High level of Networking between the Office of the Registrar, the Academic Office, Scientific Affairs and all relevant departments, with the development of a similar application on smart phones in proportion to their large spread, effectiveness and cheap prices.
