التغير الإجتماعي وسط الجماعات النازحة بمحلية الخرطوم (دراسة حالة أسر الخفراء بأحياء الصحافة والنزهة والإمتداد)

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث موضوع مظاهر التغير الإجتماعي وسط المجموعات النازحة بمحلية الخرطوم حي النزهة والإمتداد والصحافة ، هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مظاهر التغير الاجتماعي في البناء الاسري ،والقيم الاجتماعية ،والتغير في المهنة ،والتغير في نمط الاسرة ،ولتحقيق تلك الاهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليليلي ،ومنهج دارسة الحالة ،للوقوف على ابعاد المشكلة من خلال وحدات اجتماعية ،وقد كانت وحدة الدراسة ممثلة في الاسرة .وتوصلت الدراسة الى الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : تحول نمط الاسرة من اسرة ممتدة الى اسرة نووية النزوح اثر سلبا على العلاقات الاجتماعية للاسرة ولكنه لم يقلل بدرجة كبيرة من ارتباط النازحين بمناطقهم الاصلية ايضا اصبحت هذه المجموعات تمارس حرفا متعددة بدلا من اعتمادهم على الذراعة والرعي قبل النزوح.وان هذه المجموعات النازحة ليست في متناول التدخل المباشر من قبل المنظمات والتدخل الدولي ، وعلى ضوء النتائج اعلاها فأن الدراسة اوصت بالاتي :على حكومة السودان والمنظمات ذات الاختصاص انشاء آلية تختص بشئون النازحين داخل احياء العاصمة لا سيما الذين يقطنون كخفراء والاهتمام بهذه الشريحة لانها هي الجذء المنسي من شرائح المجتمع . بذل الجهود الممكنة لايقاف المعوقات الاجتماعية ومحاولة التحكم في العوامل المعيقة لمسيرة الحياة الاجتماعية مع ضرورة توجيه تلك التغيرات لتصب في صالح المجموعات النازحة.

Abstract The study dealt with the social changes among the displaced groups in Khartoum district, Al-Nozha district, the extension and alsahafa. The study aimed at shedding light on the social changes of these groups. The research raised questions about the impact of displacement on social relations and social values. A rural society has led to a change in the family pattern. The methodology of research has been applied in the use of the descriptive approach through the case study. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: Like. This is natural because urbanization and urbanization are the acquisition of values and new social relations by individuals. The most important recommendations are: The Government of Sudan and the relevant organizations should establish a mechanism for the affairs of the displaced in the neighborhoods of the capital and attention to the issues of this segment because it is the part Forgotten segments of society. The disparity in development between the various regions deprived many regions of their right to growth and development and thus narrowed the livelihoods, which led them to emigrate in the hope of improving the situation.
