دور تأمين الثروة الحيوانية في حماية أصحاب الماشية

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور تأمين الثروة الحيوانية في حماية أصحاب الماشية – دراسة ميدانية على سوق المويلح. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة أن الثروة الحيوانية في السودان باتت مهددة بالتراجع الكبير في ظل استمرار الاهمال والتهميش الحكومي في برامج التنمية والبرامج الاحصائية,وفي ظل استمرار عمليات التصدير بشكل مخالف ،ايضاً ساهم انفصال الجنوب,وازمة اقليم دارفور بتراجع الثروة الحيوانية السودانية،الامر الذي ينعكس بشكل سلبي علي اصحاب الماشية والسودان عامة. وهدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء علي تجربة تأمين الثروة الحيوانية في السودان، والكشف عن المشاكل والمعقوات التي تزيد الخسائر . وقياس الاثر الذي يعود على اصحاب الماشية في حالو الخسائر. اتنبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلت لعدة نتائج أهمها: ان هنالك قصور في تسويق وثيقة تأمين الثروة الحيوانية ، اتضح ان هنالك علاقة بين تأمين الثروة الحيوانية والتوسع في إنتاجية أصحاب الماشيه ، كلما توفر تأمين قلت نسبة المخاطر ، في حالة توفر التأمين تزيد روح الطمأنينة لدى اصحاب الماشية لا يوجد تأمين من مخاطر الثروة الحيوانية لغالبية تجار سوق المويلح. تبين من واقع التحليل بأن هنالك ضعف في الوعي التأميني لدى اصحاب الماشية. أوصت الدراسة بنشر الوعي التأميني لتجار الثروة الحيوانية. يجب على شركات التامين توعيه اصحاب الماشيه بضرورة و اهميه تامين الثروة الحيوانيه . تسهيل إجراءات التأمين بسوق الثروة الحيوانية.

Abstract The study deals with the role of livestock insurance in protecting livestock owners - a field study on the Muwailih market. The problem of the study was that livestock in Sudan is threatened with a significant decline in light of the continuing neglect and marginalization of the government in development and statistical programs, and in light of the continuation of exports in contradiction, the secession of the south and the crisis in the Darfur region also contributed to the decline of Sudanese livestock, which is reflected negatively. The risk ratio, if insurance is available, the spirit of reassurance increases for livestock owners. There is no insurance against livestock risks for the majority of traders in the Muwailih market. The analysis revealed that there is a weakness in the insurance awareness of livestock owners. The study recommended spreading insurance awareness for livestock traders. Insurance companies must educate livestock owners of the necessity and importance of securing livestock. Facilitating insurance procedures in the livestock market.
