إنتاج واستخدام الوسائل التعليمية في تدريس المواد الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الثانوية

تهدف الدراسة لتحسين وتجويد العملية التعليمية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، من خلال استكشاف المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي ومعلمات المواد الاجتماعية في إنتاج واستخدام الوسائل التعليمية في التدريس.

استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. مجتمع الدراسة هم معلمي ومعلمات المواد الاجتماعية بمحلية أمبدة البالغ عددهم مائتين معلماً ومعلمة، عينة الدراسة هم سبعين معلماً ومعلمة، تمّ اختيارهم باستخدام الطريقة العشوائية المنظمة من مجتمع الدراسة.

تمت المعالجات الإحصائية لمعومات وبيانات الاستبانة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية:

1. الوسائل التعليمية ذات فاعلية في تدريس المواد الاجتماعية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي.

2. معلمو ومعلمات المواد الاجتماعية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، لديهم اتجاه إيجابي نحو المساهمة في إنتاج الوسائل التعليمية، وأنّ الخامات اللازمة لإنتاجها متوافرة في البيئة المحلية.

3. هناك مشكلات تواجه معلمي ومعلمات المواد الاجتماعية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي لاستخدام الوسائل التعليمية في التدريس، منها قلة الميزانيات، وقلة فرص التدريب.

وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة توفير ميزانية لإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية، وقيام دورات تدريبية منظمة ومستمرة لتطوير أداء المعلمين والمعلمات.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve, and to master the instructional processes at the level secondary instructional stage, through the uncover the problem that facing the teachers of social syllabuses in producing and using the instructional aides, and to investigate the extend of its effectiveness in teaching.

The researcher used the descriptive method. The population of the study was the teachers of social syllabuses at Umbada Locality whom they reach 200 teachers. The study sample were 70 teachers, whom they selected by the use of systematic random method, from the research population.

The data and the information’s of the questionnaire were analyzed by the use of the SPSS program, and the researcher reached the following results:

1. The instructional aides have effectiveness in teaching the social syllabuses at secondary instructional stage.

2. Teachers of social syllabuses have a positive attitude to contribute in the instructional aides production, and the necessary raw production, were available at the local environment.

3. There are problems facing the social syllabuses to use the instructional aides in teaching, like the budget shortages, and the lack of training chances.

The researcher recommended with the importance of saving a budget for the instructional aides production, and to construct a systematic, and continuous training sessions, to develop the teachers performances.
