Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was designed to identify and discover different types and ways of sexual harassment in Khartoum state in their relation to certain demographic variables in the harassment act ( e g: age, gender, education level, marital status, type Family). The research used "descriptive method". The sample size was 150 (male & female). Chosen by non random sample . The in tool sents used in the research where the fonn of the types of sexual harassment "Designed by the research ". the procedure that had been used to measure different types of sexual harassment were different statistical processes, such as frequencies T.test — analysis of singularity variance — Pearson correlation - percentage — reliability test. The following results were obtained from this researchi- 1. Some Society members are subjected to different types of sexual harassment. 2. There are significant statistical differences between some types of sexual harassment and other demographic variables. I family state. I marital states. I Job. I family types. But There are no significant statistical differences between some types of sexual harassment and I gender I family state 3. There are statistical correlation between some types of sexual harassment and other demographic variables. I between some types of sexual harassment and the age of person the victim who had been harassed. I between some types of sexual harassment and educational statues of the victim who had been harassed. I between some types of sexual harassment and psychological liability to hares other individuals. 4. There are different technique of sexual harassment, according to the place and the identity of the harasser. 5. Sexual harassment differs according to the aim of it.
