الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة من (2001م – 2010م)

Abstract

المستخلص نجد أن الإستثمار المالي من وجهة المتعاملين فيه له طرق كثيرة ذلك أن الفترات الأخيرة شهدت مجموعة من التطورات والمتغيرات على الصعيد الإقتصادي الدولي والفكر الإستثماري وأسواقه ومؤسساته، الأمر الذي أدي لأحداث قفزة في إستخدام الأوراق المالية المتداولة في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية وخدمات البورصة الإستثمارية، والتعامل من خلال الوساطة المالية من قبل المستثمرين، تتمثل مشكلة البحث في ما هو أثر الإستثمار المالي في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بالنسبة للقطاعات الاقتصادية؟. وإتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي والوصفي (التحليلي والإستنباطي) لتحليل الظاهرة قيد الدراسة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، يساهم سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية فى عملية الاستثمار المالي من خلال تداول اسهم القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة، ويعتبر قطاع البنوك من انشط القطاعات تداولاً فى السوق الثانوية، وهنالك حركة دوران في الأسهم وحجم التداول وتفعيل الاستثمارات في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية، وأهم التوصيات، استحداث وتطوير الادوات المالية التى تشجع على الاستثمار فى هذا المجال حتى تعمل على تنشيط السوق ورفع معدلات التداول وزياد حجم الاستثمارات فى السوق، ويجب إدخال التقدم التكنولوجي في السوق لمواكبة التطورات الجديدة، وتأهيل وتدريب الكوادر التي تعمل في السوق ليساعد في سهولة وحركة نقل البيانات إلى الإدارة. We find that the investment from the point of mosode has too many methods , so that recent times have seen a series of developments and changes on the thought level of international economic and the investment thought and its markets and its institutions, which led to the creation a Positive shift in the use of securities that been traded in the Khartoum Stock Exchange and the stock investment Services, and deal through mediation by financial investors, the research problem is the impact of the financial investment in Khartoum Stock Securities Market according to the different economic sectors? , The researcher followed the historical descriptive approach – (analytical and deductive ) to analyze the phenomenon under study, and of the most important findings, that Khartoum Stock Exchange contributes in the process of financial investment through the trading of shares of the various economic sectors, and the banking sector is considered as the most active sectors traded in the secondary market, and there is spin trading in stocks and volume of trading and activating of investments in Khartoum Stock Exchange and the most important recommendations, the innovation and improving of financial instruments that encourage investment in this field so as to revitalize the market and raise up the rates of trade and increase the volume of investments in the market and we have to make use of the technological advances in the market to keep up with new developments, the rehabilitation and training of cadres working in the market to help Facilitate and speed up the movement of data transfer .
