الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا عن الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص هدف البحث الي معرفة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا عن الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، تكونت عينة البحث من (80) ام، تتراح أعمارهن ما بين 25 وأكبر من 45 سنة، اشتملت ادوات البحث علي مقياس الضغوط النفسية من اعداد لفستاين واخرين (Levenstein et al 1993) ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة مجدي الدسوقي (2000) ولتحليل البيانات استخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزمه الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية برنامج (SPSS) وأعتمدت على أسلوب اختبار (T) لعينة واحدة، ، واختبار أنوفا، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون . كشفت نتائج البحث عن ارتفاع الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم ، ويتسم الرضا عن الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم بالإيجابية، لا توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا عن الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم تعزي لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بولاية الخرطوم تعزي لمتغير العمر. وفي ختام البحث قدمت الباحثة عدداً في التوصيات اهمها تدريب الأمهات على كيفية التعامل مع أبنائهم ذوي صعوبات التعلم. Abstract The aim of the research was to find out the relationship between psychological stress and satisfaction with life in mothers of children with learning disabilities in Khartoum State. To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of (80) mothers, aged between 25 and 45 years old. (SPSS), based on the T test method for one sample and the T test for two samples (T) Independent, Anova test, Pearson correlation coefficient . The results of the research revealed the high psychological pressure among the mothers of children with learning disabilities in Khartoum state. Satisfaction with life among mothers of children with learning disabilities in Khartoum State is positive. There is no correlation between psychological stress and life satisfaction among mothers of children with learning disabilities in Khartoum State. There were statistically significant differences in the psychological stress of mothers of children with learning disabilities in Khartoum state, due to the variable level of education. There were no statistically significant differences in the psychological pressures of mothers of children with learning difficulties in Khartoum state, due to the variable age. At the conclusion of the research, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the method of announcing those with learning difficulties, which has a role in alleviating the pain and psychological pressure in the mother.
