التنبؤ بأسباب تأخر الفصل في القضايا باستخدام خوارزميات التصنيف (دراسة حالة الجهاز القضائي الخرطوم في الفترة من 2008م الى2016م)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث باستخدام تنقيب البيانات والتنبؤ تستطيع ايجاد الية قادرة علي دراسة العوامل التي تلعب دورا في تاخر الحكم في القضايا ،يهدف هذا البحث للوصول لنتائج وقواعد جيدة في اسباب تاخر فصل القضايا والوصول الي نسبة تحصيل ممتازة . استخدمنا في هذا البحث خوارزمية( k-means )وهي خوارزمية العنقدة الواسعة الاستخدام وكذلك استخدمنا خوارزمية J48) ) في التنبؤ بنتائج أفضل وذلك باستخدام بيانات عبارة عن 1698 سجل تحصلنا عليها من ادارة الاحصاء بالجهاز القضائي الخرطوم للحصول علي افضل النتائج للحد من أسباب تاخر الحكم في القضايا حيث توصلت الى درجة دقة بنسبة 97.9915 في تحليل البيانات.اختتم هذا البحث بعدد من التوصيات التي يمكن ان تساعد في اظهار معلومات جديدة وذلك بإضافة بيانات جديدة او استخدام خوارزميات عنقدة وتنصنيف اخري غير المستخدمة في هذا البحث .

Abstract data mining stage which enables us to smart study of factors that play roles in course of case and find its inter-relations and importance for separation , this research aims to use the cluster and classification e to access the results and good rules in the reasons for the delay of the separation of cases and access to an excellent collection rate. In this research we used the k-means algorithm, the widely used clustering algorithm, and also used the trees of J48 using data obtained from the statistical department of the Khartoum judiciary to obtain numb1698 the best approximations and rules. New and valuable information has been presented. This research concludes with a number of recommendations that can help to show new information by adding new data or using complex algorithms and other links not used in this research.
