التسامح وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى ضباط الإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مُسْتخلص هدف البحث للتعرف على التسامح وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى ضباط شرطة الادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم. أتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي حيث بلغ حجم العينة (106) منهم (71) ذكور (35) اناث. ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة مقياس التسامح من إعداد زينب شقير (2010) ومقياس الصحة النفسية لكرنيل ومن ثم تم تحليل بعد معالجة الاحصائية المتمثلة في اختبار (ت) لعينة البيانات بواسطة برنامج واحد واختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ ومن ثم خلصت البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج: تتسم سمة التسامح لدى ضباط الادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع وتتسم السمة العامة للصحة النفسية لدى ضباط الادارة العامة للجوزازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم بالإنخفاض. توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التسامح والصحة النفسية لدى ضباط الادراة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم. توجد فروق في التسامح لدى ضباط الادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم تبعاً لمتغير النوع. توجد فروق في التسامح لدى ضباط الادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. توجد فروق في التسامح لدى ضباط الادارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة بولاية الخرطوم تبعاً لمتغير الرتبة. وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات بناء على النتائج ومنها الاهتمام بالتسامح في مجال العمل الشرطي ككل وتعزيز ورفع مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى ضباط الشركة بالادارة العامة للجوازات.

Abstract

This research aimed at study multiple intelligence and academic adjustment. The researcher used the descriptive method. She selected sample from students of secondary schools by simple random method, it consist of (146) students, (74) males, (72) females. The researcher used test of multiple intelligence prepared by Mckenzie (1999) and test of school adjustment prepared by Al-tib Sidig after ensuring psychometrics properties. The data analyzed by some statistical tests such as, T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation index, and Alpha Cronbach index, which are included in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study revealed the following results: The multiple intelligence of students of secondary school is high. The academic adjustment of students of secondary school is high. There is positive significant correlation relationship between multiple intelligence and academic adjustment among students of secondary school. There are no significant statistical differences in academic adjustment of students of secondary school according to variable of sex. There is no significant correlation relationship between multiple intelligence and age among students of secondary school. There is no significant correlation relationship between academic adjustment and age among students of secondary schools. In conclusion the researcher presented some practical recommendations, such as increasing the scientific training of students to develop cognitive abilities and solving problems abilities. Encompass communication between students to inspire the competition in academic achievement.
