نفير النهضة وأثره علي التنمية الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية في ولاية شمال كردفان 2012ـ 2017م

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة نفير النهضة وأثره على التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في السودان إعتمادا علي البيانات والمعلومات المستنبطة من الدراسة الميدانية التي قام بها الباحث بمنطقة المشروع نفير النهضة في ولاية شمال كردفان. تهدف الدراسة للتحقق من زيادة الدخل وتحسين المستوي المعيشي ولذلك تحسين الخدمات الاجتماعية والزيادة في المشاركة المجتمعية لاعضاء النفير في المنطقة. أستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي حيث تم جمع البيانات الأولية، المناقشات الجماعية والمقابلات مع قادة العمل المحلي والعاملين بوحدات المشروع إلي جانب الملاحظة غير المباشرة بحكم إلمام الباحث بالمنطقة. وهذا إلي جانب المصادر الثانوية التي شملت العديد مماكتب عن النظام عن التنمية بصفة عامة والتنمية الريفية إلي جانب أطلاعات كثيرة أخري. خلصت الدراسة إلي أن المشروع قد حقق أهدافة بنسبة كبيرة في مايلي تخفيف حدة الفقر الأقتصادي والاجتماعي ، تنظيمات المزاعين القاعدية صناديق التمويل الريفي ، تدريب المستفيدين و فعالية الوحدات الادارية وتشجيع الادارة الجماعية للموارد الطبيعية ، طريق أمدرمان جبرة الشيخ وبارا الابيض وامداد الكهرباء عدم الاهتمام بمشروع خور أبو حبل الزراعي. وأخيراً خلصت الدراسة إلي بعض التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بالأنشاءات وخدمات الأساسية التي تقوم عليها المشاركات وفق خطط وبرامج مسبقة والتوعية والتثقيف وزيادة وأعداد وتدريب المستفيدين منها وتوسيع دائرة التمويل البنكي وعمليات التمويل وضرورة الاهتمام بالبنيات التحتية والتركيز علي الخدمات الأساسية.

Abstract The study dealt with Nafir al-Nahda and its impact on economic and social development in Sudan based on the data and information derived from the field study carried out by the researcher in the project area of Nafir al-Nahda in North Kordofan State. The aim of the study is to verify the increase in income and improve the standard of living. Therefore, the improvement of social services and the increase in community participation of members of the Nafir region. The study used the descriptive descriptive method, where preliminary data, group discussions, interviews with local business leaders and project staff were collected, as well as indirect observation of the researcher's knowledge of the region. This is in addition to the secondary sources, which included many books on the system on development in general and rural development, among others. The study concluded that the project has achieved significant objectives in the following: alleviation of economic and social poverty, grassroots organizations, rural finance funds, beneficiary training, the effectiveness of administrative units, and the promotion of collective management of natural resources, Omdurman Jabra, Agricultural rope. Finally, the study focused on some recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the basic services and services on which the participants are based on prior plans and programs, awareness and education, increase the number and training of beneficiaries, expand the bank finance and finance operations, and focus on basic services.
