خدمات المكتبات المتخصصة فى ولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

تطرقت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة لخدمات المكتبات المتخصصة بولاية الخرطوم بالإشارة إلى مكتبة المركز القومي لأبحاث الطاقة، وهي متخصصة في مجال الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة مثل الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الكتلة الاحيائية وطاقة الرياح ، وتعتبر الركيزة الأساسية لتقديم خدمات المعلومات في هذه المجالات إذ نجدها تتوفر بها معلومات لا توجد في غيرها من المكتبات ذات الصلة.

استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التاريخي للوقوف على المادة العلمية المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي بالتركيز على منهج دراسة الحالة، كما استخدمت الباحثة أدوات جمع البيانات المختلفة تمثلت في الملاحظة والمقابلات الشخصية والإستبانة. حيث قامت الباحثة بدراسة واقع الخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبة والمعوقات التي تواجهها والحلول التي يمكن أن تقدم.

يتألف البحث من أربعة فصول وخاتمة، الفصل الأول مقدمة وإجراءات البحث، الفصل الثاني المكتبات المتخصصة، الفصل الثالث واقع مكتبة المركز القومي لأبحاث الطاقة، الفصل الرابع مقارنة بين الإطار النظري والواقع المدروس ثم الخاتمة والنتائج والتوصيات وقائمة المراجع والملاحق.

وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج نجد أهمها: ضعف التدريب والتأهيل في مكتبة المركز القومي لأبحاث الطاقة، وأيضاً ضعف الميزانية في مكتبة المركز القومي لأبحاث الطاقة، كما نجد أن هناك نقص في الخدمات الحديثة في المكتبة مثل خدمة الانترنت، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود متخصصين موضوعيين في المكتبة موضوع الدراسة. لذلك فقد أوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات من أهمها: تخصيص ميزانية منفصلة لمكتبة المركز القومي لأبحاث الطاقة، كما أوصت بتعيين متخصصين موضوعيين لهذه المكتبة، أيضاً الاهتمام بالتدريب والتأهيل للعاملين في هذه المكتبة، وكذلك توفير أجهزة حواسيب لإدخال الفهرسة الآلية بالمكتبة.

The researcher investigates the service of specialized libraries in Khartoum State taking the library of the National energy research center (NERC) as case study the library of the NERC is one of the libraries of the National center for research specialized in the renewable energy such as solar energy, wind energy and biomass energy. It’s considered the main pillar for the provision of information services in this specialization and contains such type of information that is not available in any other relevant libraries.

The researcher adapted a historical approach to investigate the subject matter related to the research. This approach is complemented by the descriptive and case study approaches. Date is collected method used includes. Observation and personal interviews.

The research covers the type of services provided by the NERC library. Difficulties facing the provision of services and recommendation for improvements.

The research is organized into four chapters and conclusion . Chapter one covers research methodology and literature reviews. Chapter two covers the specialized libraries. Chapter three is the actual situation for library of National energy research center. Chapter four includes a comparison between the theoretical framework and the actual situation. Conclusion and recommendations.
