التقنية المصرفية الحديثة ودورها في تطوير العمل المصرفي في السودان دراسة حالة )بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني) للفترة 2005 – 2015م

مستخلص البحث

تناول هذا البحث موضوع أثر التقنية الحديثة ودورها في تطوير العمل المصرفي، وتناول البحث يالتحليل حالة بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني.

يهدف هذا البحث معرفة إلى مدي تأثير التقنية الحديثة على الأداء المصرفي وهل واكبت المصارف السودانية التقدم التقني المهول في عملياتها .

وتنبع أهمية البحث أن القطاع المصرفي يشكل أهم أذرع الحياة الاقتصادية ويمثل دوراً بالغ الأهمية في تسهيل الحركة اليومية لجميع المعاملات. وذو علاقة تبادلية وتأثير مزدوج بين القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخري.

وتكمن مشكلة البحث إلى معرفة إلى استفادت المصارف من التقنية الحديثة.

واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستنباطي والاستقرائي وتحليل البيانات الوارد في الاستبانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss).

واستعرض البحث فروض أهمها هنالك علاقة بين استخدام التقنية المصرفية الحديثة وتوير الداء المصرفي كماً وكيفاً كذلك للتقنية المصرفي دوراً بارزاً في زيادة النشاط المصرفي.

تم جمع البيانات من المصادر الأولية والثانوية وتوصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:

أن استخدام التقنية الحديثة في المصارف وفر الجهد والمال والوقت وجّودَ الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء.

وأوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: احكام التنسيق بين المصارف وشركات الاتصال والاهتمام بالتدريب التقني المتقدم للعاملين بالمصارف.

Abstract

This research deals with the impact of modern technology and its role in the development of banking business, Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan as a model.

This research aims to determine the impact of modern technology on banking performance and whether the Sudanese banks coincided with the incredible technical progress in its operations.

The importance of the research is that the banking sector is the most important arm of the economic life and represents a very important role in facilitating the daily movement of all banking transaction and has dual effect of other economic sectors.

The research problem is to know how banks have benefited from new technology.

The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method on one hand and the detective and inductive and ion the other the research hypotheses are:

- There is arealationship between usage of modern technology and the development of the bank berformance .

- technology has a crucial role on the bank activites.

The researcher analyed the questionnaire data with Statistical package of Social Sciences (spss).

The researcher collected the data form it’s primary and secondary sources then he reached the following results :

- The use of modern technology reduced the effort, money, time ,cost and provided a good services to the customers.

The research recommended that the provisions of good co-ordination between banks and communication companies, and advanced technical training for bankers.
