بِنَاءُ وتَنْمِيَةُ المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّةِ فِي المَكْتَبَاتِ الجَامِعِيّةِ الحُكُومِيَّةِ بوِلَايَةِ الخُرْطُوم (دِرَاسَةٌ تَحْلِيْلِيّةٌ)

Abstract

المُسْتَخْلَصٌ باللغة العربية جمهورية السودان وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي كلية الدراسات العليا- قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان الرسالة : بناء وتنمية المصادر الرقمية في المكتبات الجامعية الحكومية بولاية الخرطوم إعداد الطالبة: صفية إبراهيم طة علي اشراف الدكتور: سامر إبراهيم باخت يسن الدرجة العلمية: ماجستير في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات التاريخ: 2019م عدد الصفحات : 73 صفحة تهدف الدِّرَاسَة إِلَى تسليط الضوء على المشكلات التي تواجه المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة في عينة من المَكْتَبَات الجَامِعِيّة الحُكُومِيَّة بوِلَايَة الخُرْطُوم، واستخدمت البَاحِثة المنهج الوثائقي في جمع المادة العِلْمِيَّة المتعلقة بالإِطَار النَظَرِيّ للدِرَاسَة، أمَّا المنهج الوَصْفِيّ التَحْلِيْلِيّ ومنهج دِرَاسَة الحالة وظَّف في معرفة واقع بِنَاء المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة بمكتبات الدِّرَاسَة، عبر أَدَوَات المقابلة الشَّخْصِيَّة والاستبانة والملاحظة، وأشارت الدِّرَاسَة إِلَى وجود استراتيجية اختيار بأنواع المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة بالمَكْتَبَات المدروسة، عن طرق الحصول عليها بالاتصال بقواعد البيانات والانترنت عن طريق وسطاء المعلومات .ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة بينت الدِّرَاسَة عدم اعتماد هذه المَكْتَبَات على معايير محدده لاختيار واقتناء المَصَادِر الرقمية وأشارت الدراسة لافتقار سياسية مكتوبة لبناء المصادر الرقمية كما أظهرت الدِّرَاسَة عدم وجود برامج تدريبية موجه للمستفيدين بشأن استخدام المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة، كما بيَّنت الدِّرَاسَة عدم وجود ميزانية خاصة باقتناء المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة بالمَكْتَبَات المدروسة، تُوصِي الدِّرَاسَة بإقامة برامج تدريبية عن طريق محاضرات ضمن المناهج الدراسية حول استخدام المَصَادِر الرقمية لاكتسابهم المهارات الكافية. واعتماد سياسة مكتوبة لبناء المصادر الرقمية كما تُوصِي باعتماد معايير محددة لاختيار المصادر الرقمية، واعتماد ميزانية منفصلة من أجل بِنَاء وتَنْمِيَة المَصَادِر الرَّقْمِيَّة، لتسير عملية تطوير هذه المصادر وفق نهج قويم.

Abstract The aim of this study is sheds light on the problems which face to identify the status of building and developing digital resources in a sample of public university libraries in Khartoum State, and used searcher the documentary method to identify the problems they face. The researcher adopted the historical methodology in collecting the scientific material related to the theoretical framework of the study. The descriptive analytical and case study methodologies were used to know the status of building digital resources in the study libraries, and that through the tools of personal interview, questionnaire and observation. The study to pointed to existence strategy examine of various digital sources in the libraries studied which were obtained through accessing databases and internet, through the information interfaces . one of the results obtained The study showed that these libraries do not rely on specific criteria for the selection and acquisition of digital resources. And the finding of the study also revealed that the libraries lack a written policy for constructing digital sources, The study also showed that there are no training programs for the users on the use of digital resources. The study also showed that there is no budget for the acquisition of digital resources in the studied libraries. It is recommended that lectures be included in the curriculum on the use of digital resources to acquire the needed the enough skills and should adopt written policy for constructing digital sources The study also recommends adopting specific standards to select digital sources, The study also recommends the provision training programs through of a separate budget for the building and development of digital resources, so that the process of developing these sources proceeds according to a proper plan .
