The research investigates one of the most important theme that
have been occupying the world this time. Divinity relation between poor
and rich people.
The thesis classified into four chapters, besides the introduction.
The first chapter focuses on property and money announcement and
shara' (the canonical law of Islam) conception for it.
Chapter two discusses about canonical law of Islam and poverty
treatment. Besides focused to working legal lawful and prohibition title
to eat human goods with untruth and uselessness. So, in the second time
Islam prompt to preference.
In chapter three, the rescarcher discusses about charity function
for society growing. That, explained charity laws and government
function on distribute it.
Chapter four explains the reasons money putting. That, focused
about nadzr, kafarat, ghonimah, and poor man. Because, these needs to
man Muslim good release it have relation With him and his brother and
God.
Islam, treatment the poverty and through it from society. So, give
solution to close this disease. He prompt to active in working and
prohibits for asking and lazing. Who he is poor, because small and
nothing the goods and power medium property in his country he must go
to the other city and country to get God superfluity. God earth is long.
Now, the world calls the social solidarity between people for
application Islam principles to help the poverty group on food, t-shirt,
and building, etc. Islam, since \ zu' century not only draws these factories,
but justify the human rights to all Islamic citizen; religion, psyche-shelf,
progeny, property, and brain. Islam not differences among people in
poverty and rich, among colors. All is in same right.
If the people allows God right guidance the fact they are will be
superfluity Allah lives in good and loving until through the God letter
