العوامل المؤثرة في بناء وتنمية مصادر المعلومات بالمكتبات المتخصصة (دراسة حالة مكتبة شركة التأمين الإسلامية المحدودة)

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية جمهورية السودان وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي جامعة النيلين كلية الدراسات العليا كلية الآداب – قسم المكتبات والمعلومات العنوان :(العوامل المؤثرة في بناء وتنمية مصادر المعلومات بالمكتبات المتخصصة) (دراسة حالة مكتبة شركة التأمين الإسلامية المحدودة) إعداد الطالبة/ رهام عبدالحفيظ علي احمد الدرجة العلمية /ماجستير في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات إشراف الدكتورة/ سمر عادل يوسف الحكيم 2018م تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الحاجة إلي وجود سياسة متبعة في بناء وتنمية مصادر المعلومات في المكتبات المتخصصة وتوضيح الاجراءات المتبعة في عملية بناء وتنمية المصادر وعناصرها المتمثلة في مجتمع المستفيدين وعوامل الاختيار وطرق التزويد والجرد والتعشيب و صيانة المصادر ومعايير تقويم المصادر ،كذلك التعرف علي مصادر المكتبات المتخصصة ومدي تغطيتها لاحتياجات المستفيدين منها وايجاد الحلول والصعوبات التي قد تعوق عملية تنمية مصادر المعلومات . وقد استنخدمت الباحثة المنهجي الوثائقي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الحاله المدروسة واعتمدت علي أداه المقابلة والملاحظة في إطار جمع البيانات. وتوصلت إلي النتائج الأتية: - عدم وجود سياسة علمية مكتوبة في مكتبة شركة التأمين الإسلامية المحدودة. - اعتماد المكتبة علي ميزانية الشركة في سد احتياجاتها المختلفة ولا توجد ميزانية منفصلة خاصة بمكتبة شركة التأمين الاسلامية. - هنالك نقص في القوي العاملة المتخصصة والمؤهلة في مكتبة شركة التأمين الاسلامية. أهم التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة: - ضرورة وجود سياسة مكتوبة لتنمية مصادر المعلومات لتبين الخطط الارشادية بالنسبة للاختيار والتزويد وعملية الجرد والتعشيب والتقويم - تخصيص ميزانية منفصلة للمكتبة عن ميزانية شركة التأمين الاسلامية المحدودة. - زيادة القوي العاملة المؤهلة في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات.

المستخلص باللغة الإنجليزية Abstract Sudan Government Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Elnaileen University College of Graduate Studies Faculty of Arts: Libraries & Information (Factors Affecting the Development and Advancement of Information Resources in Specialized Libraries - Case Study of the Islamic Insurance Company Limited) Prepared by the student: Reham Abdel Hafiz Ali Ahmed Supervised by: Dr. Samar Adel Yousef al-Hakim Degree: Master of Library and Information Sciences, 2018 This study tends to identify the need for a policy to build and develop sources of information in the specialized libraries and to clarify the procedures used in the process of building and developing sources and their components, namely, the community of beneficiaries, selection factors, methods of supply, inventory, exclusion, maintenance of sources and sources assessment, in addition to the need know the resources of the specialized libraries and the extent of their coverage to beneficiaries and to find solutions and difficulties that impede the process of resource development. The researcher used the documentary approach and analytical descriptive method to describe the studied case and relied on interview and observation tools in the framework of data collection and reached the following findings: Lack of scientific policy written in the library of the Islamic Insurance Company Limited: - The Islamic insurance company library relies on the company’s budget to meet its various needs and has no separate budget. - There is a shortage of specialized and qualified manpower in the Islamic insurance company's library. The main recommendations of the study include: - The need for a written policy for the development of resources of information to identify the extension plans for selection, supply, inventory, exclusion and evaluation. - Allocate a budget to the library separate from the company's budget - Increase the qualified workforce in the field of libraries and information.
