Abstract

مستخمص البحث تيدف الد ا رسة الى التعرف عمى كل مشاكل النظام اليدوي القائم وايجاد كل الحمول والبدائل الممكنة واختيار الحل الأمثل من بينيا ، وتتمثل مشكمة البحث في صعوبة وصول التقارير من مكاتب العمل بالولايات الى المركز )و ا زرة العمل( وتأخر وصوليا وعدم الدقة في المعمومات خاصة التسجيل والحصر لمخريجين والتعيين بالقطاع الخاص، كذلك يواجو عدم معرفة ومتابعة الشكاوي بمكاتب العمل. تم بناء نظام معمومات لإدارة مكاتب العمل بالولايات ، استخدم لغات Oracle Database 10g فى قاعدة بيانات النظام واستخدام Oracle ADF لبناء النظام وواجيات المستخدم ،مع الإعتماد عمى لغة البرمجة Java لممعالجات والعمميات بالنظام. ويمكن ىذا النظام من عمميات ادخال البيانات وحفظيا وترتيبيا واسترجاعيا وتصميم نظام يتمتع بالسرية ومواكبة التطور التقني وسيولة ودقة استخ ا رج التقارير. توصل الى أن تطبيق نظم معمومات آلية توفر لممنشأة الكثير من الوقت والجيد فى إدارة معمومات مكاتب العمل. وتوصي ببناء التطبيق وتطويره ليشمل ال ADF Mobile التي توفر م ا زيا ال ADF في برمجة تطبيقات الموبايل . Abstract The study aimed to find all problems of based manual system and find all solutions and possible alternatives to select perfect solution from its, The research problem in difficulty of accessing reports from labor offices in states to the center (Ministry of labour) and their arrivals was delayed and inaccurate information especially registration and quota for graduates and appointment to the private sector, As well as face the lack of knowledge and follow-up complaints at the labor offices. An information system was built to manage state labor offices, Used Oracle Database 10g to build database of the system and used Oracle ADF to build application and user interfaces depending on JAVA programming language to processing and operations for the system, This system can process data entry, saving, sorting and retrieving, Also design of a confidential system and keep pace with technical development Ease and accuracy of reports. Reach concluded that the application of automated information systems saving a lot of time and effort for information management of labor offices. And recommends build and develops the application to include ADF Mobile Which offers advantages of Oracle ADF framework to developing mobile applications.
