الذكاء الوجداني وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لطلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين كلية الآداب (دراسة بكلية الدراسات العليا)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الذكاء الوجداني وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى طلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين، أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة البحث من (60) طالب وطالبة منهم (30) إناث، و(30) ذكور، من طلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين في قسمي الجغرافيا واللغة الإنجليزية. (30) لكل تخصص، تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة، تمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس الذكاء الوجداني من إعداد مصطفى مظلوم (2012م) ومقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد مالك يوسف (2019م). تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) واستخدم الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة. اختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين الآحادي. اختبار (ت) للعينتين المستقلتين. معامل سيبرمان بروان والفاكرونباخ. معامل ارتباط بيرسون. التكرارات والنسب المئوية. وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية: يتسم الذكاء الوجداني لطلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين بالارتفاع، يتسم مستوى الطموح لطلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين بالارتفاع. توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الذكاء الوجداني ومستوى الطموح لطلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الوجداني لطلاب الدبلوم العالي بجامعة النيلين تبعا لمتغير كل من (النوع، التخصص، العمر). في نهاية البحث قام الباحث بوضع عدد من التوصيات أهمها أن تعمل الجامعة على تقديم كل ما يلزم لطلابها من خدمات تساعدهم من معرفة إمكانياتهم الحقيقية.

Abstract This research aimed at recognizing the Emotional Intelligence and its relationship to the Ambition Level among Higher Diploma Students at Al-Neelain University, the researcher followed the correlative descriptive method, the study sample consists of (60) male and female students and (30) female students and (30) male students, from Higher Diploma Students at Al-Neelain University Departments of Geography and English Language. (30) for each specialty, they were selected through a simple random sample. The research tools were the emotional intelligence scale prepared by Mustafa Mazloum (2012) and the ambition level scale prepared by Malik Youssef (2019). The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program with statistical treatments: one-sample t-test. P-test for one-way analysis of variance. T-test for both samples. Sibermann-Brown and Facronbach coefficients, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Frequencies and percentages. The researcher concluded to the following findings: The emotional intelligence of high diploma students at Al-Neelain University is high, and the level of ambition for high diploma students at Al-Neelain University is characterized with high level. There is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the level of ambition for students higher diploma students at Al-Neelain University. There are no statistical significant differences in the emotional intelligence of higher diploma students at Al-Neelain University due to variables (gender, specialty, age). At the end of the research, the researcher draws a number of recommendations, the most important which are that the university should act upon providing all necessities to students in terms of services that support them in recognizing their real abilities.
