Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور مديري المدارس في تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء.

استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالدراسة. وقد تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء (وحدة الكلاكلة) والبالغ عددهم 411 معلم ومعلمة. وقد اختار الباحث عينة قصدية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغ عددهم 60 معلماً ومعلمة بنسبة 15%.

وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية:

1. تتوافر لدي مديري المدارس صفات قيادية من شأنها أن تعزى إلى تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء.

2. أحياناً ما يستخدم مديرو المدارس الثانوية أسلوب الاتصال في تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية بالمدارس الثانوية. بمحلية جبل أولياء

3. أحياناً ما يكون لمديري المدارس دور في تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء من خلال اهتمامهم بالعاملين والعمل على رفع الروح المعنوية لديهم.

4. أحياناً يكون لمديري المدارس دور في تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء من خلال مبدأ المشاركة.

وأهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي:

1. يفضل أن يكون مديرو المدارس الثانوية من ذوي المؤهلات العليا في الإدارة التعليمية ويمتلكون خبرات تراكمية ثرة في المجال التربوي.

2. إيجاد مقرر دراسي ضمن المناهج يعني بقضايا العلاقات الإنسانية والاجتماعية.

3. الاهتمام بالتدريب في مجال الإدارة المدرسة قبل وأثناء الخدمة وإعطاء العلاقات الإنسانية أولوية خاصة أثناء الدورات التدريبية.

Abstract

This study aims at recognizing the role of headmasters in activating the human relationships at secondary schools at Jebel Awlia locality.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection pertaining to schools. The study community is formed of secondary schools teachers at Jebel Aulia locality (Kalakla Unit) numerating 411 teachers, both males and females. The researcher selected an intended sample from the study community numerating 60 teachers from both gender represented a 15%.

The researcher concluded the following results:

1. The study community individuals always conceive that headmasters possess leading characteristics that attribute to activate human relationships at secondary schools at Jebel Awlia locality.

2. Most individuals of the study community sometimes conceive that, sometimes, headmasters of secondary schools use communication manner in activating human relationships at secondary schools at Jebel Awlia locality .

3. The individuals of the study community conceive that, sometimes, headmasters has roles in activating human relationships at secondary schools at Jebel Awlia locality through their interest in labors and working forward to raise their moral spirits.

4. Most study community individuals conceive that sometimes headmasters play roles in activating human relationships at secondary schools at Jebel Awlia locality through participation principle.

The most important recommendations reached by the study are:

1. Secondary schools headmasters shall be of high quality in educational management, and possess accumulated experience in educational field.

2. A scholastic syllabus that cares for human and social relationships shall be made.

3. There should be more care for training in the field of scholastic management before and during service, and human relationships shall be given priority, especially during training periods.
