مستخلص البحث يمتاز العصر الحالي الذي نعيشه في زيادة المعلومات من حولنا وزيادة استخدامنا لزيادة هذه المعلومات واعتمادنا عليها في حياتنا اليومية. ويظهر ذلك بصورة واضحة في النمو الواسع لشبكة الانترنت واعتمادنا المتزايد على البريد الإلكتروني والخدمات التي تقدمها المواقع على الشبكة العالمية، وكان لابد لدول العالم أن تتجه نحو الاستفادة من هذه التقانة في كافي المجالات بما في ذلك المجالات الإدارية للتخلص من مشاكل الإدارة التقليدية للحجز مثل التكدس والازدحام وإهدار الوقت ،وضياع المستندات والاحتيال من الجهات الغير موثوقة ، لذا هدف الباحث لتطوير نظام حجز الكتروني لتسهيل عملية الحجز بدقة وأمان وموثوقية عالية مستخدماً لغة البرمجة PHP -MySql ليتحقق هدف النظام بالتحكم في حجم أعداد المسافرين للتخطيط للبنية التحتية والرؤى المستقبلية ، بالتطوير والبحث في استخدامات تقانات جديدة لتسهيل عملية الحجز تشمل حتى الحجز عن طريق الهواتف المحمولة مستقبلاً.
