Abstract

مستخلص البحث نتيجة لانتشار استخدام نظم المعلومات كان لابد من مواكبة هذا التطور من جميع النواحي لا سيما النظم الأرشيفية منها. يواجه النظام المستخدم في أرشفة الرسائل الجامعية حالياً شأنه شأن كل النظم اليدوية العديد من اوجه القصور التي تجعل النظم اليدوية أنظمة غير فعالة وغير مثالية ولا تساهم في تقدم المنشأة ولا تخدم الإدارة في مدها بالمعلومات المطلوبة بصورة جيدة . و الهدف من هذا البحث هو أرشفة وإدارة وإسترجاع الرسائل ) وحفظ ) في المكتبة إلكترونياً بواسطة الحاسوب ، حيث يعتمد هذا النظام على إدخال جميع البيانات للرسائل الجامعية ثم يتم تحميل نسخة من الرسالة الجامعية باستخدام النظام الإلكتروني والذي يقوم بهذه العملية هو مدخل البيانات في قاعدة بيانات النظام ثم بعد ذلك تتم عملية البحث والإسترجاع . حيث إستخدمت لغة النمذجة الموحده uml في تحليل هذا النظام، وفي تنفيذ ذلك استخدمت تقنية ADF وقاعدة بيانات Orcl. تم التوصل الى نظام يسهَل من إدارة العمليات الأرشيفية من حفظ وإسترجاع بكل سهولة ويسر . من خلال النظام تم تصميم موقع يدوي يؤدي الى سهولة عرض كل بيانات الرسائل التي تمت أرشفتها .

Where he used the Unified Modeling Language UML in the analysis of this system, and the implementation of it used the ADF and technical base Oracle data. It was reached to facilitate the system of archival operations to save management and retrieval with ease. Through the system was a manual site leads to easier display all messages archived data design.
