Abstract
This study investigate the effect of the Balanced Scorecard Implementation on the performance evaluation in Zain Telecommunication company .The main hypothesis of the study : the Balanced Scorecard affect on the performance evaluation in Zain Telecommunication company. The researcher adopts the descriptive analytical methodology for data analysis as well as questionnaire is thus administered on the study, a random selected samples of (97) official working in the company headquarters. (97) responded, where questionnaires returned after filling the required information , response rate (111)% , there has not been corrupted form to be excluded , the valid questionnaires are (100). The researcher comes to a set of findings and recommendations including: The most important results : Zain Telecommunication company implements strategy and performance indicators according to the Balanced Scorecard by (74) % . The performance evaluation in the company according to the Balanced Scorecard perspectives is suitable (74) % , and the interest of the company by the four perspectives uneven , reaching( 67)% for the financial perspective ,(72.3) % for the customers perspective , (80.2) % for the internal processes perspective and (75.6) % for learning and growth perspective . Implements performance indicators that are based on the Balanced Scorecard perspectives does not mean that the company applies the Balanced Scorecard as a model integrated to measure and evaluate performance The most important recommendations: The importance of seeking to apply the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic integrated system operates according to specific and comprehensive measures.
