The human resources of the most important elements of success of
institutions, but the core index and is the first to succeed where the strong
availability of labor efficiency and responsibility enable organizations to
reach their goals and achieve their goals with high quality and in the
shortest possible time. -
This research aims to manage human elements in the tmiversity,
train and develop their skills and motivate them and evaluate their work
through the design the application that takes into account the regulations
and policies of the university and the Bureau of Labor to include
appointments operations, Loans, vacations, duties and Scientific
expeditions and all the activities that emerges from the university towards
its elements. i
After the computerization of all the activities of hmnan resources
management through the system provides all the information required for
these activities had to be exploited “optimally to this information in order to
support administrative processes and most important decision-making
process, especially planning decisions for the management of human
resources, it was the focus of this research through the information
available in the system reports and based on the data entered accurately.
The researcher used analysis tools and design CASE TOOLS to
describe the system has also been relying on PHP and AJAX language to
design user interfaces and used the MySQL database. '
