The Role Of The Projects Management Standards In The Sudanese Industrial Sector.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The problem of this research is the poor performance in the Sudanese projects management industrial sector, poor performance is a global phenomenon and the industrial projects management in the Sudan is no exception, the aim of this research is to investigate the impact of implementing projects management standards in the projects management processes in the Sudanese industrial sector, the acheivement in this research progresses from the proposition that: implementing projects management standards is mediating the relationship between the independent variables and the overall project performance, results shown that projects management in the Sudanese industrial sector exhibiting poor performance, and that is clear about the ineffectiveness of the five variables, thus, for a project to be successful, there must first be an improved appreciation of the role of project management within projects.

ملخص. مشكلة هذا البحث تتمثل في ضعف الأداء في إدارة المشاريع في القطاع الصناعي السوداني، ضعف الأداء في إدارة المشاريع هي ظاهرة عالمية ، وإدارة المشروعات الصناعية في السودان ليست استثناءً. الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تأثير تطبيق معايير إدارة المشاريع في عمليات إدارة المشاريع في القطاع الصناعي السوداني ، حيث يتطور هذا البحث من خلال الافتراض القائل بأن: تطبيق معايير إدارة المشاريع هو الوساطة في العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة و أداء المشروع العام ، أظهرت النتائج أن إدارة المشاريع في القطاع الصناعي السوداني تظهر أداء ضعيف ، وهذا واضح حول عدم فاعلية المتغيرات الخمسة ، وبالتالي ، لكي ينجح المشروع ، يجب أولاً أن يكون هناك تحسن في تقدير دور إدارة المشاريع داخل المشاريع.
