الضغوط النفسية و علاقتها بالثقة بالنفس لدي مرضي الوسواس القهري بمستشفي طه بعشر

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذا البحث التعرف الي الضغوط النفسية و علاقتها بالثقة بالنفس لدي مرضي الوسواس القهري , كما هدف الي التعرف الي الفروق في الضغوط النفسية و بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية (النوع – العمر – المستوي التعليمي ) لدي مرضي الوسواس القهري , استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي , و تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة القصدية و التي بلغ جحمها (40) ذكور وإناث من مرضي الوسواس القهري . و قد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الضغوط النفسية من اعداد السيد 1985 ومقياس الثقة بالنفس من أعداد محمد عادل 1995 و تم استخدام المعادلات الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا (SSPS) التابعة لبرنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية و التي شملت اختبار(ت) لعينة واحدة و اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين و اختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون و معامل ألفا كرونباخ و معادلتي مان ونتي و كروسكال و بعد تحليل البيانات احصائيا توصلت الباحثة للنتائج الاتية :تتسم السمة العامة للضغوط النفسية بالارتفاع , تتسم السمة العامة للثقة بالنفس بالوسطية , لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الضغوط النفسية تعزي لمتغيرات النوع و العمر و المستوي التعليمي . و بناء عليه قامت الباحثة بوضع عدد من التوصيات اهمهما: تقديم برامج علاجية و ارشادية للتقليل من حدة الوساوس و الافكار القهرية لدي المرضي و السيطرة عليها .

Abstract The aim of the research was to identify psychological stress and its relationship to self-confidence among obsessive-compulsive patients, as well as to identify the differences between psychological stress and some demographic variables (gender - age - educational level) among patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Choosing the research sample by the intentional method, whose size reached (40) males and females with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The researcher used the two psychological stress scales prepared by Mr. 1985 and the self-confidence Muhammad Adel 1995. Statistical equations were used to statistically process the data of the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SSPS) program, which included a t-test for one sample and a t-test for two independent samples and a test Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbag's alpha coefficient, Mann, Nettie and Kruskal equations, and after analyzing the data statistically, the researcher reached the following results: The general characteristic of psychological stress is high, and the general characteristic of self-confidence is moderate, and there are no statistically significant differences between psychological stress due to gender variables. age, and educational level. Accordingly, the researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing treatment and counseling programs to reduce the severity of obsessive and compulsive thoughts among patients.
