أثر عمل المرأة على التوافق الزواجي دراسة حالة العاملات العسكريات بمستشفى العائلات العسكري بأم درمان

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر عمل المرأة على التوافق الزواجي، وكانت أهم أهداف الدراسة التعرف على مدى أثر عمل المرأة على التوافق الزواجي واستقرار الأسرة، وكذلك الكشف عن الدافع الأساسي لخروج المرأة للعمل، والتعرف على كيفية توفيق المرأة العاملة بين العمل وتنشئة ورعاية الأبناء. وقامت الدراسة على فرضية أساسية وهي أن لعمل المرأة في المجال العسكري أثر سلبي على توافقها الزواجي. وفروض فرعية أهمها أن العامل الاقتصادي دافع أساسي لخروج المرأة للعمل. وأن المرأة العاملة تواجه صعوبة في التوفيق بين العمل وتنشئة ورعاية الأبناء. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة وشمل مجتمع الدراسة مستشفى العائلات العسكري بأم درمان، وقام الباحث بمسح شامل للعاملات العسكريات المتزوجات بمستشفى العائلات العسكري والبالغ عددهن (80) عاملة عسكرية. واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة ودراسة الحالة مع الاستعانة بأسلوب الملاحظة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن عمل المرأة في المجال العسكري ليس له تأثير سلبي على توافقها الزواجي. وإن العامل الاقتصادي هو الدافع الأساسي لخروج المرأة للعمل مما يبين أن المرأة العاملة أصبحت تساهم مساهمة فعالة في الإنفاق المنزلي. كما أنه تواجه المرأة العاملة صعوبة في التوفيق بين العمل وتنشئة ورعاية الأبناء. واختتمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها مساعدة المجتمع للمرأة العاملة بتوفير مزايا خاصة وضمانات تساعد المرأة العاملة في التوفيق بين العمل داخل وخارج البيت وتحقيق النجاح فيهما معاً.

Abstract This study presented the impact of women's work on marital compatibility. The most important objectives of the study: to identified the impact of women on marital compatibility and the stability of the family work, as well as, detection of primary motivation for a woman going out to work, and find how to working women compatibility between working and bringing up and caring the children. The study relied on the basic hypothesis, which is, the women's work in the military field has a negative impact on marital compatibility. The sub-hypotheses were: A the economic factor is primary motive for women to work. The women working face difficulty reconciling between working and bringing up and caring the children. The study used descriptive analytical method by describing the phenomenon under study. The study population includes families' military hospital in Omdurman, and the Researcher doing the comprehensive survey of married military workers in military family's hospital, and number (80) military working. The researcher used the questionnaire and case study with the use of note method. The study concluded the following: The employment of women in the military field has no negative impact on marital compatibility. The economic factor is the main motivation to women's work exit, which shows that working women have contributed effectively in family spending. It is also working women facing difficulty in reconciling between working and bringing up and caring for their children. The study concludes with several recommendations for the most important: the community helping working women by providing the private advantages and guarantees to help woman working to reconciliation of work inside home and outside and the achievement the success together.
