واقع استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بالمرحلة الثانوية واتجاهات المعلمين نحوها

Abstract

المستخلص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في العملية التعليمية بالمرحلة الثانوية ومعرفة المعوقات التي تقف أمام استخدامها واتجاهات المعلمين نحوها . اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ،تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على 40 معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية محلية الدبة بالولاية الشمالية تم اختيارهم بطريقه عشوائية ، وتمت المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات بواسطة الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومربع كاي ودرجات الحرية ، وبعد تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها ومناقشتها توصلت الباحثة للنتائج التالية : -1 ندرة استخدام الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة بالمرحلة الثانوية محلية الدبة . -2 يوجد عدد من المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام الوسائل التعليمية . -3 اتجاهات معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية نحو استخدام الوسائل التعليمية إيجابية . ومن ثم أوصت الباحثة با َ لاتي : -1 العناية ببرامج إعداد وتدريب المعلم باقامة دورات تدريبية وورش عمل في إنتاج واستخدام الوسائل التعليمية . -2 تحفيز المعلمين على استخدام الوسائل التعليمية وإدخالها في تقييم أداء المعلم . -3 إنشاء معمل للوسائل التعليمية وتوفير المواد والوسائل التعليمية بكل مدرسة ثانوية . -4 تهيئة الفصول الدراسية بالإمكانات الفنية اللازمة لاستخدام الوسائل التعليمية المختلفة. -5 العمل على معالجة الصعوبات التي تحول دون استخدام الوسائل التعليمية . Abstract This study aims to identify the use of teaching aids in the educational process in secondary education and knowledge of the obstacles that stand infront of the use and trends of teachers towards the use of teaching aids. The student followed descriptive approach ، a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 40 secondary school teachers in Northern state local of ADebba were selected randomly . The process of statical data is done by the arithmetic mean ، standard deviation ، chi square and degrees of freedom . Alter unloading data ، analysis and discussion the student indicated the following results : 1-None use of modern teaching aids in Debba local secondary schools . 2- The teaching aids that commonly used is traditional boards. 3- teachers develop teaching competencies through the use of teaching aids . 4- There are numbers of obstacles that limit the use of teaching aids. 5-The tendencies of teachers towards using of teaching aids are positive . Then the student recommended the following : 1- more care of preparation programs to the teachers must be done through training courses and workshops about the production and the use of teaching aids. 2- motivating of the teachers to use teaching aids and hold them punishment by mentors if they do not use them ، and make them basic in teachers performance evaluation . 3- set up a laboratory for the educational aids that provided with materials and teaching aids in each secondary school. 4- create the classrooms with technical possibilities that necessary for using the different teaching aids. 5- The obstacles of using teaching aids must be elaminated .
