الاتزان الانفعالي و علاقته بالتفاؤل لدى المحامين العاملين بمحاكم مدينة ودمدني

عنوان الدراسة: الاتزان الانفعالي وعلاقته بالتفاؤل لدى المحامين العاملين بمحاكم مدينة ود مدني.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على السمة العامة المميزة للإتزان الانفعالي لدى المحامين العاملين بمحاكم مدينة ود مدني والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإتزان الانفعالي والتفاؤل وعلاقته بعض المتغيرات ( النوع – العمر – سنوات الترخيص). ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد بلغ حجم العينة (104) محامياً ومحامية منهم (62) ذكراً و (42) انثي، تراواحت أعمارهم بين (22-60) وتم اختيار العينة عن طريق العينة العشوائية ، وطبقت الباحثة مقياس الإتزان الانفعالي من اعداد محمد كمال حمدان (2010) ومقياس التفاؤل من اعداد الباحثة واستمارة المعلومات الأولية.

تمت معالجة بيانات البحث بتطبيق الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية: اختبار (ت) لمجموعة واحدة، واختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين، اختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي (ف) معامل ارتباط بيرسون. وأسفرت النتائج أن الاتزان الانفعالي لدى المحامين بمدينة ود مدني يتسم بالارتفاع ، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الاتزان الانفعالي والتفاؤل وتوجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الاتزان الانفعالي تعزي ( للعمر – وسنوات الترخيص) ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاتزان الانفعالي تعزى للنوع وفي الختام قامت الباحثة بتقديم بعض التوصيات اهمها العمل على توفير المتخصصين في الإرشاد النفسي لفئة المحامين، وعقد دورات تدريبية المحامين للارتقاء بهم أكثر وتنمية قدراتهم لمواجهة كل ما يثير انفعالهم والقدرة على ضبطها

Abstract

This research aimed to investigating the emotional poise and optimism among the lawers in courts of Wad Madani city, also study the correlation relationship between emotional poise and optimism among the lowers according to some variables including ( sex , age , license years). The researcher used correlative descriptive method, the sample consisted of (104) lowers, (62) males, (42) females, their age range ( 22-62) years, they selected the data by emotional poise test designed by Mohamed Kamal (2010), optimism test designed by researcher , and basic information form. The data analyzed by statistical Package for Social Sciences, including T-test for one sample, T-test for two samples, Analyzes of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson Correlation index.

The results indicated that the emotional poise among the lowers in courts of Wad Madani city is significant statistically high. there is no correlation relationship between emotional poise and optimism among the lowers in courts of Wad Madani city. There are significant statistical differences in emotional poise between lowers according to variables of ( age and license years). There are no significant statistical differences in emotional poise between lowers according to variables of sex.

In conclusion the researcher presented some recommendations, the meaningful one is permit psychological consultants to the lowers. Perform training workshops to lowers to develop and raise their abilities of facing all elements which may exciting their irritability.
