Abstract

Abstract The study target is to discover the relation between the psychological burnout and the self-esteem citation among the infantry soldiers at Khartoum Province and the Years of service- to find out the link between them, and also with the soldier age. The sump of the study (100) soldiers, the measure used of the burn out and salve appreciation by the researcher with the syllabus a link and data analyses programmed SPSS the results as follows: Psychological burn out among the infantry soldiers is high. self-esteem citation high also. No link between salve appreciation and psychological burn out. No differences between psychological bumout and service years. No differences between salve “appreciation and age variability.
