تناول البحث اثرالسياسة المالية علي الناتج الاجمالي في السوادن (خلال الفترة من 1992- 2017م) تتمثل مشكلة البحث في عدم اهتمام الدولة بالسياسة المالية في السودان تخطيطاً وتنفيزاً ومتابعة ونتج عنه فشل السياسة المالية في تحقيق اهدافها ومن تلك الاهداف تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المطلوب في كل القطاعات وتمت صياغة المشكلة في عدة تساؤلات الي اي مدي اثرت السياسة المالية في النمو الاقتصادي في السودان ؟ وماهي العلاقة بين ادوات السياسة المالية والنمو الاقتصادي ؟ وماهي اهم الادوات السياسية التي اتبعت ؟. تكمن أهمية البحث في الأهميه العلميه والاهمية العملية حيث تكمن الاهميه العلمية للبحث في إسهامه لعلم الاقتصاد ويتمثل ذلك في دراسة هذه الرسالة للعلاقة بين السياسات المالية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي في السودان تتمثل أهمية البحث العملية في التطبيق العملي والتحليلي للعلاقة بين السياسة المالية ودورها في زيادة ونمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في السودان . تتمثل أهداف البحث معرفة الإجراءات والسياسات التي تتبعها الدولة في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي ، تحليل نوع إستراتيجية الدولة في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، معرفة أهمية السياسة المالية في النظام المالي ومدى تأثيرها على الاقتصاد والنمو والمجتمع اختبر البحث عدد من الفرضيات منها هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بينأدوات السياسة المالية والنمو الاقتصادي،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإيرادات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي ، لتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج منها ان ذيادة الضرائب (سياسة انكماشية ) تؤدي الي انخفاض الناتج المحلي الاجمالي كذلك في حالةانخفاض الضرائب (سياسة توسعية يؤدي الي ذيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، ومن خلال النتائج والدراسة التطبيقية توصل البحث الي عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة اتباع سياسة مالية توسعيه لزيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي و في حالة التضخم اتباع سياسة مالية انكماشية.

Abstract The study focuses on investigates the role of the financial policy in increasing of the rate of economic growth in Sudan form 1990 to 2017 the problem of the study in that the country did not care about the financial policy to build its financial process it a result there is financial failure which causes many economic growth problems . The problem of the study can be swamis in these question , which is the relation between the financial policy and economic growth? does the financial policy effect on the development of the economic in Sudan? The importance of the study to concentrate on using the financial policy’s equipment’s to develop the economic and also to be careful about increasing the rate of economic growth . The objectives of the study are to be aware of the proceed use and policy that used by the authority to achieve the improvement the economic be aware of the influences of the financial policies on the economic the hypothesis of the study are the is an static relation between the financial policy and the development of the economic also there is an static relation between gnarl import and economic growth to prove the objective the research used the descriptive analysis. Economic development is considered as media to achieve many purposes du to that many contrary to increases the range of wide rig or at level develop it by adding all the recommendation which it made by the economic development and re all the obstacles which impact the improvement. The policy of tin programmer be able to keep apply the basis of the program in order to the an economic settlement and avoid shocks happens as a result of operation between the south and north of Sudan which tarnation the economic of Sudan Recommendation : Supply and develop the private sector to increase the production through motivation like increase the taxes and supply the social needs so us to develop the economic of Sudan،It is may important to control the economic factors direct and changes which development and as study its improvement in the future.In cress the ability for the Sudanese economic so as not to depend on stash an debits from foreigner for our development
