دور التمويل الأصغر في دعم المشروعات الصغيرة دراسة حالة : مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشيين- ولاية الخرطوم خلال الفترة من 2010م-ــــــــــــ2016م

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور التمويل الأصغر في دعم المشروعات الصغيرة[ دراسة حالة : مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشيين- ولاية الخرطوم] وجاءت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما دور مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشين في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة؟ ما هي الأساليب المتبعة لتقييم المشروعات الصغيرة التي ساهمت في تحسين المستوى المعشي للمعاشين؟ هل ساهمت المشروعات الصغيرة في تقليل حدة الفقر وسط المعاشين؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على تجربة المشروعات الصغيرة في تحسين المستوى المعيشي. التعرف على دور مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشين في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة. معرفة دور المشروعات الصغيرة في زيادة دخل المعاشين. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض ووصف وتحليل بيانات البحث. النتائج أهمها: تمويل المشروعات المقدم عن طريق مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشيين حظيت فئة الذكور بالقدر الأكبر من التمويل. أن المشروعات التي يتم تمويلها عن طريق المؤسسة يتم فقط عن طريق صيغة المرابحة، وليس هنالك صيغ أخرى لتمويل المشروعات (المشاركة، المضاربة، السلم). المشروعات الممولة عن طريق مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية ساهمت في توفير كافة احتياجات المعاشيي وتأمين الاحتياجات التعليمية والصحية والمعيشية لأفراد أسرته عن طريق العائد المادي للمشروعات وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: توعية المعاشي توعية كافية بمعرفة المرابحة. على مؤسسة التنمية الاجتماعية للمعاشين أن تقوم بشراكة مع ولاية الخرطوم عبر استخراج إعفاءات رسوم المحليات الضرائب والنفايات لضمان نجاح مشروعات المعاشين وتحقيق أهدافها.

The problem of research in answering the following questions: What is the role of the Social Development Foundation for pensioners in the financing of small projects? What are the methods used to evaluate small projects that have contributed to improving the living standards of the pensioners? Have small enterprises contributed to reducing poverty among pensioners? The study aimed to identify the experience of small enterprises in improving the standard of living. Identify the role of the Social Development Foundation for pensioners in the financing of small projects. Know the role of small enterprises in increasing the income of pensioners. The research used descriptive analytical methods in the presentation, description and analysis of research data. The most important results are: Financing of projects provided by the Social Development Foundation for pensioners. The projects financed through the institution are only through the Murabaha formula, and there are no other formulas for project financing (Musharaka, Mudaraba, Salam). Projects financed through the Social Development Foundation contributed to providing all the needs of the pensioners and securing the educational, health and living needs of their family members through the material return of the projects The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: to raise awareness among the beneficiaries about Murabaha. The Social Development Corporation for Pensions should work in partnership with the state of Khartoum through the extraction of tax exemptions and tax exemptions to ensure the success of the projects of the pensioners and achieve their objectives.
