Abstract

Abstract The study concentrates on Africa’s economic problems such as poverty, diseases and debt problem in addition to political and social problems such as botder disputes, tribal problems and dictator governments. The African continent cont ins the biggest number of courtiers in comparison to other continent in the world w ich add to the other problems that contribute in the complexity of solving u'ch problems. In our opinion Africa in spite of these difficult problems could buil an economic and political union similar to the European union or United State mo el. The study assumed that several factors such as the political and econo iic capitalism domination, global economy and multi national companies in additi rial to the World Bank and International Monterey Fund, will constitute a hurdl in achieving the African economic and political union. Therefore Africa should er ate and follow certain policies to be able to solve its complex problem and create the political and economic union. The study proves the assumption that through analyzing all factors that resu ted in creation of regional and provincial economic union. The objective of t ese regional and provincial union was to create the foundation Africa Political ‘rid economic union. The objective could be achieved by finding the feasible solution‘? to the continent economic problem. The study pointed out the main factors in crea ing Africa political and economic union is to find a reasonable solution to the problims of the debt problem and loans interest. Also the role of these regional and un'qn should be strengthen as a foundation to the continent union. This could be achieved by solving the problems of language and communication between the people and states of Africa. ' The most study recommends is to activation many initiatives that could achieve the economic development of African countries, the most important one could be (NEPAD) which the study recommends to be the foundation for a achieving Africa economic and political unity. Such unity could also need to create methods to improve social and political communication which could then create a force to stanld against The World Trade Origination goals and the globalization problems. ;
