عمل المرأة أثره علي التنشئة الإجتماعية للأطفال (دراسة تطبيقية للنساء العاملات بمدارس أم درمان قطاع الأمير ولاية الخرطوم)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناول البحث موضوع عمل المرأة وأثره علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال . وجاءت مشكلة البحث إلى أي مدي يمكن أن يؤثر عمل المرأة علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال. كما هدف البحث علي معرفة أثر عمل الأم علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال ، التعرف علي الأساليب المناسبة للتنشئة ، ولمساعدة الأم في التوفيق بين العمل وتربية الأبناء ، إلقاء الضوء علي الصعوبات الي تواجه المرأة العاملة في تنشئة الأبناء ، وكذلك التعرف علي مدي مساهمة المرأة العاملة في الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأسرية لتحقيق الاستقرار في المجتمع من خلال مساهمتها في رفع المستوي المعيشي للأسرة. وكانت أهم فرضيات البحث أن هنالك تأثير سلبي لعمل المرأة علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال ، واستخدمت المنهج الإحصائي الوصفي التحليلي . وقد استخدمت التحليل الإحصائي لتحليل بيانات البحث بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS) في تحليل البيانات من أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها البحث أن عمل المرأة ليس لديه أثر سلبي علي التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال كما توصلت البحث الي أن الحوجة المادية هي الدافع الأساسي لخروج المرأة للعمل . من أهم توصيات البحث ، زيادة فرص العمل للمرأة وإتاحة مزيد من مستويات التعليم والتدريب المختلفة لزيادة مهاراتها وكفاءتها حتي تساهم في تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة.

Abstract The study dealt with the issue of women’s work and its impact on the socialization of children. The study problem centered on the extent to which women’s work can affect the socialization of children. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of the mother’s work on the socialization of children, to identify appropriate methods of upbringing, to help mothers reconciling work and raising children, to highlight the difficulties faced by working women in raising children, as well as to identify the contribution of working women in the economic and social aspects to stabilize society through their contribution to raising living standards of the family. The hypothesis of the study was: there is a negative impact of women’s work on the social upbringing of children. The researcher used a descriptive analytical approach. Statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze data. The most important findings were that the work of women had no negative impact on the socialization of children, and financial need is the main motivation for women to go out to work. The study recommended increasing employment opportunities for women and providing more education and training to increase their skills and competence in order to contribute to improving the economic status of the family.
