استخدام تقنية المؤتمرات المرئية في التعليم عن بعد

Abstract

ملخص البحث: تتمثل مشكلة البحث في عدم البدء بالأخذ بنظام التعليم عن بُعد رغم الحاجة إليه، والاقتناع به، وتوفر الإمكانيات المادية لتطبيقه، ودراسته من كافة الجوانب، وتتحدد مشكلة هذا البحث في وصف الجوانب المختلفة للتعليم عن بُعد، واقتراح إسلوب لتطبيقه. حيث يستخدم االبحث منهج البرمجة التحليلية التطبيقية باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة وكانت الادوات المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي برنامج visual basic 2010 و برنامج ادارة قاعدة البايانات sql server و برنامج uml star. بناءا علي هذه الدراسة تم الوصول الي مجموعة من النتائج منها توفير فرص التعليم لأكبر عدد من المتعلمين وكذلك تخفيف الضغط على المؤسسات التعليمية؛ خاصة فى ظل التزايد الواضح فى أعداد المتعلمين ايضا توفير مصاريف السفر للمشاركين في مؤتمرات أو ندوات في الخارج وكذلك اختصار الوقت والزمن الذي قد يسبب ضياعا لبعض المحاضرات، .فقد تمكن العديد من الأساتذة والطلبة من الاشتراك في هذه الندوات والمحاضرات عن بعد. في ضوء ما سبق نقترح الأسلوب الاتي للأخذ بنظام التعليم عن بُعد؛ نظرا للبعد الجغرافي بين المعلم والطالب في التعليم عن بُعد فإنه من الافضل ان يكون متاح على الويب لامكانية الوصول اليه من الاخرين بسهولة. وايضا نظرا للعيوب والمشاكل الناتجة من استخدام الكوابل او الشبكات المحلية المتمثلة في قلة السرعة مما يجعل نقل الصوت والصورة لا يعمل بكفاءةعالية.وان يتم تحديد الموقع الجغراف للطالب والاستاذ.

Abstract The problem of research is not to start the introduction of the distance learning system despite the need for it, and to be convinced of it, and to provide the material possibilities for its application and study in all aspects. The problem of this research is determined in describing the different aspects of distance education and proposing a method for its implementation. The research tools used in this research are visual basic 2010, sql server, and uml star. Based on this study, a range of results were obtained, including providing educational opportunities for the largest number of learners, as well as reducing the pressure on educational institutions, especially in view of the increasing number of learners. Also, travel expenses for participants in conferences or seminars abroad, as well as shortening time and time Causing a loss of some lectures. Many teachers and students were able to participate in these seminars and lectures remotely. In light of the above, we propose the following method of introducing the distance learning system. Due to the geographical distance between the teacher and the student in distance education, it is better to be available on the web for easy access from others. And also because of the defects and problems resulting from the use of cables or local networks of the lack of speed, which makes the transmission of sound and image does not work efficiently. The geographical location of the student and professor is determined.
