دور الانفــاق العـام في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان خلال الفترة من2006-2015م ( بالتطبيق على قطاع النقل )

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور الانفاق العام في التنمية الاقصادية في السودان دراسة حالة قطاع النقل, وهدفت الدراسة علي الانفاق عموماً, وعلي الانفاق علي قطاع النقل بصفة عامة. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما هو حجم تاثير الانفاق الحكومي علي قطاع النقل في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية, وإفترضت الدراسة ان ضعف الانفاق الحكومي علي النقل أثر سلبا علي معدلات التنمية. كما إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الاحصائي الوصفي التحليلي من صحة الفرضيات, وكذلك إعتمدت الدراسة علي مصادر البيانات الثانوية تمثلت في الكتب والمراجع والتقارير. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة ضعف حجم الانفاق علي قطاع النقل شكل حاجراً سلبياً علي التنمية في قطاع النقل. واوصت الدراسة علي ضرورة توفير ميزانيات للنقل تتناسب مع اهمية وحجمة كذلك علي الدولة الاهتمام بنقل وقطاعاته حتي يؤدي الي مضاعفه عمليات التنمية.

Abstract The study dealt with the role of public expenditure in economic development in Sudan. The study of the state of the transport sector. The study aimed at spending in general and spending on the transport sector in general. The problem of the study was the extent of the effect of government spending on the transport sector in the economic development process. The study assumed that the weakness of government spending on transport has a negative effect on development rates. The study also relied on descriptive descriptive statistical method of validity of hypotheses. The study also relied on secondary data sources represented in books, references and reports. One of the main findings of the study is that the volume of expenditure on the transport sector has been a negative barrier to development in the transport sector. The study recommended the need to provide transport budgets commensurate with the importance and scope, as well as the state interest in the transfer of sectors and even lead to a multiplication of development processes
