للأمن منزلة سامية في حياة الناس بما يوفره من طمأنينة وسلامة وهو من أجل النعم التى أنعم الله بها على عباده لأن كل ضروريات الحياة مرهونه به كالعبادة والعلم والصناعة والتجارة والزراعة والإقتصاد والسفر والإقامة، وجميع النشاطات الأخري لذلك إهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية به أشد إهتمام ووضعت التشريعات والاحكام لحمايته ولذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعريف بمفهوم الأمن في الشريعة الإسلامية ومصادر أهميته وشموليته لجميع مناحي الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية وبيان إهتمام الإسلام بإرواح الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم ووضع الاحكام والتشريعات التى تحفظ للناس أمنهم وأمانهم لا فرق في ذلك بين مسلمهم وكافرهم فالإسلام دين السلام لجميع الناس لو طبقت تشريعاته كما أمر. الله وطبق رسوله الكريم وتناولت الدراسة كذلك مفهوم الإرهاب بجميع أنواعه إرهاب الجماعات والأفراد والدول وبرأت الإسلام من هذه التهمة التى لصقت به فالإسلام كما يدعو للسلام ويحث عليه وينبذ الإرهاب بكل صوره وأشكاله إلا إنه يدعو إلى إمتلاك أسباب القوه والعزه ومقاومة الظلم والفساد والاستبداد، وتناولت الدراسة كذلك أسباب تدهور الأمن في الوقت الحاضر وبينت الأساليب والوسائل الشرعية التى تخض من حدة هذه العوامل ، فالأسلام بتشريعاته الحكيمة قادر على وضع الحلول لكل مشاكلنا المعاصره سواء كانت سياسية أو إجتماعية أو إقتصادية.

Therefore, the Islamic Sharia cared about him most closely and developed legislation and provisions to protect him Therefore, this study came to define the concept of security in Islamic law, its importance and comprehensiveness for all aspects of economic, social and political life, and to show Islam’s interest in people's lives, their symptoms and their money, and to lay down the provisions and legislations that protect people or They and their safety is no difference between the Mslmanm and Ccaffrhm Islam is a religion of peace for all people if applied legislation as ordered. The study also dealt with the concept of terrorism in all its forms, the terrorism of groups, individuals and states and exonerated Islam from this accusation that stuck with it. The reasons for the deterioration of security at the present time and I have shown the legal methods and means that verify the severity of these factors. Islam, with its wise legislation, is able to develop solutions to all our contemporary problems, whether political, social or economic.
