This research objectives was to know the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy for conversion disorder patients in Khartoum psycho Hospital .The researcher used true experimental method( salmoon), the sample size of research Was 32 patient from conversion Disorder. ( 20 female 12 male ) there ages between (17-68) .The number in one group 8 and the sample content 4 group ( first group ( cognativie behavioral therapy )( second group cognativie behavioral therapy and Drugs) third group (drugs only) forth group control group). ( researcher used conversion disorder test before and after program therapy .the research used (SPSS) (T test for pair group ,T test for free group, ANOVA and Tuky ).the research proved the following result. There are differences of significant statistical for degree test conversion disorder for the patients befor and after therapy in first group _ There is no significant statistical for degree test to conversion disorder patients ( fist Exp group and second Exp group ). There is differences of significant statistical for after degree test to conversion disorder patients first group an first control group .good to Exp group. There is no significant statistical for degree test to conversion 9

disorder patients (sex) ( male and Female). There is no significant statistical for degree test to conversion disorder patients in first group ( to age). There is differences of significant statistical for degree test to conversion disorder patients in first group ( to period silk . There are differences of significant statistical for degree test conversion disorder for the patients befor and after durgs therapy. The research finish important recommended common the cognitive behavior therapy for conversion disorder patients in psych clinic in Khartoum city. Using cognative behavior therapy to conversion disorder patients. Don't put the differences between male and female when doing (C.B.T) for conversion disorder patient.
