الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بنوعية الحياة لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة في بعض مراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم وعلاقته بنوعية الحياة ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي حيث بلغ حجم العينة (100) معلم ومعلمة وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البيسطة ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة استمارة البيانات الأولية، مقياس الرضا الوظيفي ( مينسوتا)، مقياس نوعية الحياة (فريش)، وتم تحليل نتائج البحث باستخدام الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية عن طريق برنامج SPSS. أهم الأساليب الاحصائية المستخدمة في تحليل نتائج الدراسة : اختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، اختبار ( ت) لمجتمع واحد ، اختبار ( ت) لعينتين مستقلتين. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : يتسم الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالارتفاع ، تتسم نوعية الحياة ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالارتفاع ، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا الرضا الوظيفي ونوعية الحياة لدى المعلمين ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم تبعا لمتغير العمر، لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ببعض مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، كما وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات بناءاً على ما توصلت إليه من نتائج وبعض المقترحات البحثية في مجال الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بنوعية الحياة.

Abstract This research aimed at exploring the degree of job satisfaction of teachers in some special need centers in Khartoum state and its relationship to life quality , the researcher used the correlative descriptive method , the sample size is (100) teachers they are males and females , they are selected by random simple method. The date collected by basic information from included test of job satisfaction , and test of life quality prepared by researcher. The date analyzed by SPSS program , including the statistical tests ; Pearson correlation index , T-test one test , T-test for tow independent samples. The results revealed that ; the job satisfaction of teachers in some special need centers in Khartoum state is high. The job satisfaction of teachers in some centers with special needs is high. The quality of life in some centers with special needs is rising There is significant statistical relationship between the job stratification and life quality among teachers in some special need centers in Khartoum state. There are no significant differences in job stratification between among teachers in some special need centers according to variable of age. There are no significant differences in job stratification between teachers in some special need centers according to variable of marital status. The researcher also developed a set of recommendations based on the findings and some research proposals in the field of job satisfaction and its relation to quality of life.
