Abstract

ﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ : ﻴﻬﺩﻑ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺇﻟﻲ ﺘﻌﺭﻴﻑ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺒﻤﻔﻬﻭﻡ ﻁﺏ ﺍﻷﻁﻔﺎل ، ﻭ ﻜﺫﻟﻙ ﺇﺩﺨﺎل ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺴﻭﺏ ﻓﻲ ﻤﺠﺎل ﺍﻟﻁﺏ ﻟﺘﺴﻬﻴل ﻋﻤﻠﻴﻪ ﺤﻔﻅ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﻜﻘﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻴﺘﻡ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼﻟﻬﺎ ﺒﺭﻤﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺴﻭﺏ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﺍﻷﻤﺭﺍﺽ ، ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﺒﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﻴﺴﻬل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺤﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺽ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺫﻫﺎﺏ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻰ ﻭﻤﻘﺎﺒﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻁﺒﻴﺏ . ﻭﻗﺩ ﻗﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﺒﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﺫﻜﻲ ﻴﻘﻭﻡ ﺒﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﻭﺘﺤﻠﻴل ﺃﻤﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻷﻁﻔﺎل ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺇﺩﺨﺎل ﺍﻷﺴﺌﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻴﻁﺭﺤﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻁﺒﻴﺏ ، ﻭﻴﻘﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﺒﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺽ ﻭﻤﻥ ﺜﻡ ﺇﻋﻁﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺴﺏ ﻭ ﺇﻋﻁﺎﺀ ﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻁﺒﻴﺔ ﺒﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺘﻨﺎﻭل ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍﺀ . ﻟﻌﻤل ﺸﺎﺸﺎﺕ Visual Basic ﻹﻨﺸﺎﺀ ﻗﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﻭﻟﻐﺔ Microsoft Access ﻭﻗﺩ ﺘﻡ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻹﺩﺨﺎل ﻟﻤﺎ ﺘﺘﻤﻴﺯ ﺒﻪ ﻤﻥ ﺘﺩﻋﻴﻡ ﻭﺴﻬﻭﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻤل ﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﺭﺍﻤﺞ ، ﻭﺃﻴﻀﺎ ﺴﻬﻭﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺒﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺭﺍﺀﺓ ﻭ ﺴﻬﻭﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ ﻗﺒل ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴل ﻭﺃﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴل .

Abstract This research aims to educate the people about the concept of Pediatrics as well as the introduction of computers in the field of medicine to facilitate the process of saving the data base knowledge through which the computer programming in the diagnosis of disease process, and this in turn makes it easier for patients to know the status of the disease without going to the hospital and interview a doctor . The researcher design Intelligent who diagnoses and analysis of the Pediatrics through the introduction of the questions posed by the doctor and the doctor choose the appropriate measure, the system and the diagnosis of the disease and then give the appropriate treatment or give medical instructions in the event that the disease cannot be cured with drugs. I have been using the programming language Microsoft Office Access to create the database and Visual Basic to make user inter face to its consolidation and ease of handling with the software, and also ease of writing and reading, and easy to follow before the operation and during the operation
