الذكاء الوجداني لدى موظفي بعض الجامعات بولاية الخرطوم وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات

ملخص البحث

هدف البحث الى التعرف على الذكاء الوجدانى لدى عينة من الموظفين بالجامعات ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفى، وقد تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استمارة البيانات الاولية، ومقياس الذكاء الوجدانى من إعداد الباحثة حباب عبد الحى (2007)، وبلغ حجم العينة (140) موظفا وموظفه وقد تم اختيار العينة من الموظفين العاملين بالجامعات (السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا وجامعة الاحفاد ) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، ولتحليل النتائج تم استخدام بعض المعالجات الإحصائية بواسطة برنامج الحزمه الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وخلص البحث للنتائج التالية:إتسم الذكاء الوجدانى لدى ألموظفين ببعض بالجامعات بالارتفاع، لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى درجة الذكاء الوجدانى لعينتى البحث فى متغيرى العمر والنوع ،كما لا توجد فروق داله احصائيا لدرجة الذكاء الوجدانى لعينتى البحث فى متغيرى المؤهل العلمى والحالة الاجتماعية ،وختمت ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

Research aimed at identifying the emotional intelligence in a sample of staff in universities and to achieve this goal is the use of descriptive method, Data was collected by a form of primary data, and the measure of emotional intelligence preparation of the researcher Habbab Abdel Hay (2007), and sample contain (140) employees and has been selected sample of staff working in universities (Sudan University for Science and Technology and Ahfad University of Women) were selected in the manner simple random, and analysis of the results was the use of certain statistical treatments by the beams of statistical social science programe ( SPSS ) and the research found the following results: the emotional intelligence was characterized in the staff of some universities by gettin high, So there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of emotional intelligence at the samples of variables of age and gender, as well as we figure out that thers is no statistically significant differences between the degree of emotional intelligence at the samples of variables of qualified scientific and social situation, and finally it`s concluded with some recommendations and proposals.
