نظام التنقلات الإلكترونية للمعلمين ( دراسة حالة وزارة التربية والتعليم ولاية القضارف )

Abstract

المستخلص : يمتاز العصر الحالي الذي نعيشه في زيادة المعلومات من حولنا، وزيادة إستخدامنا لهذه المعلومات وإعتمادنا عليها في حياتنا اليومية، ويظهر ذلك بصورة واضحة في النمو الواسع لشبكة الإنترنت وإعتمادنا المتزايد على البريد الالكتروني والخدمات التي تقدمها المواقع على الشبكة العالمية، وكان لابد لدول العالم أن تتجه نحو الإستفادة من هذه التقانة في كافة المجالات، بما في ذلك المجالات الإدا رية للتخلص من الإدارة التقليدية، فالإدارة الالكترونية تمثل مدخلا فاعلا لإقرار الطبيعة الورقية في كافة العمليات الإدارية وعلى النحو الذي يضفي الطبيعة الالكترونية إلى حد خدمة المستفيدين ومن ثم الإيفاء بمتطلباتهم عبر شتى الوسائل . تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود نظام محوسب لعمل تنقلات للمعلمين بين المدارس مما يؤدي إلى صعوبة تنفيذ ومتابعة سيرعملية التنقلات ، وهذا يؤدي إلى العديد من المشاكل والقصور في بعض المدارس الطرفية بحيث يكون توزيع المعلمين فيها غير مكافئ للمدارس داخل الولاية ، قصور في الأمن والحماية للمعلومات لأنها توجد في أوراق و صعوبة تخزين وإسترجاع البيانات. تناول البحث طريقة مقترحة لحل مشكلة تنقلات معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم بولاية القضارف من خلال عمل نظام لإدارة التنقلات بين المدارس لتسهيل عملية التنقلات ، سهولة إتخاذ القرارات والكفاءة في تنفيذ العمليات و توفير الوقت والجهد للوصول للبيانات مما أدى إلى زيادة أمنية وسرية المعلومات وتوزيع المعلمين بصورة عادلة بين المدارس .

Abstract: The current era in which we live increases the information around us and increases our use of and reliance on this information in our daily lives. This is evident in the wide growth of the Internet and our increased reliance on e-mail and services provided by web sites. The aim is to make use of this technology in all areas, including administrative areas for the elimination of traditional management. Electronic management is an effective way to inform the nature of paperwork in all administrative processes. D service beneficiaries and then fulfill their requirements through various means. The problem of research is that there is no computerized system for the work of teachers movement between schools , which make it difficult to implement and follow up the process of movement , this lead to many problems and insufficiency in some of peripheral schools where the distributions of teachers is not equivalent to schools within the state , lack of security and protection of information’s because it is in the papers and the difficulty of storage and retrieval of data. The study tackled a proposed method to solve the problem of mobility of the teachers of the Ministry of Education in the state of Gedarif through the work of a system to manage the mobility between schools to facilitate the movement, ease of decision making and efficiency in the implementation of operations and save time and effort to access the data, resulting in increased security and confidentiality of information and the distribution of teachers fairly between Schools.
