بناء نظام إلكتروني لإداره شئون الخريجين بالجامعات السودانية تطبيق على ( جامعة أمدرمان الأهلية )

Abstract

المستخلص تكمن فكرة هذا البحث في بناء نظام إلكتروني لإداره شئون الخريجين لجامعه امدرمان الاهليه وذلك لحل مشاكل النظام اليدوي بحيث يوفر بيئة متكامله توفر نقطة تواصل بين الخريجين و الجامعة بعد التخريج. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف منها تطبيق نظام الكتروني والذي يؤدي إلى حفظ البيانات وسرعة الحصول على اى معلومة مطلوبة عن الخريج في اى وقت وتوفير فرص للوظائف للخريجين وذلك لما لهم من اولويه بذلك المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو وصفى حيث يقوم بوصف كل عنصر من عناصر النظام بصوره تفصيليه كما تم استخدام لغه التحليل الكائنىUML في التحليل التى تعطى وصفا تفصيلا للكينونات وخصائصها وعلاقاتها وكذلك من الادوات المستخدمه في البحث لتصميم النظام مجموعه من اللغات وهىPHP وHTML5 وتم ربطها مع قاعده البيانات MYSQL وتوصل البحث الى مجموعه من النتائج صمم هذا النظام طبقاً لاحتياجات الجامعة والخريجين وقد روعي في هذا التصميم سهولة الاستخدام وسرعة الوصول للبيانات بطريقه مرنه لحصر الخريجين، والمساهمة في تأمين فرص عمل للخريجين و تنمية مهاراتهم بتحديد دورات تساهم وتساعد على توظيفهم . وهنالك العديد من توصيات مثل تبني النظام وتنفيذه وتطويره وتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة له ليحقق أهداف الخريجين وربط ادارة الخريجين بالجامعات والمؤسسات الخدمية لاتاحة اكبر فرص ممكنة للتدريب و للوظائف مع امكانية تطوير النظام ليدعم فكرة الحكومة الإلكترونية . Abstract The main idea of this research is building a electronic system to management the graduates' grades of Omdurman Ahliah university to resolve the problem of and get an full environment and make a point of connection between graduates and the university. achieve a set of goals, including the application of an electronic system which lead to save data and speed of access to any information required for a graduate at any time and provide opportunities for jobs for graduates in their primacy of so The approach used in this research is descriptive terms describes each component of the system in their FUNCTIONALIST analysis was also used in the analysis marks UML which gives a detailed description of the characteristics and relations as well as of tools and appliances used in the search for the design of a total system of PHP and HTML 5 languages and linked with the data search here telling MYSQL and reached to a total of results This system is designed according to the needs of the university graduates has been taken into account in the design of the ease of use and speed of data access and flexible COMPETENCIES Inventory of graduates, and to contribute to secure employment opportunities for graduates and develop their skills to contribute to and help to their recruitment sessions. There are many recommendations, such as the adoption and implementation of the system and its development and the potential for it to achieve the objectives of the alumni and linking the Department graduates in universities and tertiary institutions to allow for the greatest possible opportunities for training for jobs with the possibility of the development of the system to support the idea of e-government.
