مراكز الرعاية الإجتماعية ودورها في رعاية وتأهيل أطفـــــال التوحـــــد (دراسة حالة مركز السودان العالمي للتوحد ومركز سوا ولاية الخرطوم )

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث دور مراكز الرعاية الاجتماعية في رعاية وتأهيل اطفال التوحد حيث هدف البحث الي الوقوف على واقع مراكز الرعاية الاجتماعية في الخرطوم بالتطبيق على مركزي السودان العالمي للتوحيد ومركز سوا للتوحد من حيث الكفاءة والفعالية والوقوف على المشاكل التي والمعوقات التي تواجه مراكز الرعاية الاجتماعية وأثر التدخل المبكر في اكتشاف التوحد وتنمية قدرات وتأهيل اطفال التوحد ويأتي أهمية البحث في تسليط الضوء على علي اطفال التوحد وأثر التدخل المبكر في اكتشاف الحالات ورعايتها وتأهيلها وأنهم شريحة مهمة يجب تعليمهم حتى لايكونو عبئا على الأسرة والمجتمع، الاخذ والاستفادة من تجارب الدول التي تقدمت في هذا المجال حيث توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج والتوصيات، قلة الإمكانيات المادية من أبرز المشاكل التي تواجه مراكز رعاية وتأهيل اطفال التوحد،تأخير الأسرة في السودان بإلحاق طفلها التوحدي الي مراكز الرعاية ويرجع ذلك إلى خوفهم من نظره المجتمع إليهم وعدم اعترافهم باضطراب الطفل في مراحله الاولي من الاصابه لعدم توفر المعرفة الكافيه لهذا الاضطراب في المجتمع السوداني، رفع الدعم المادي الحكومي وتنسيق الجهود بين المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية الخاصة العاملة في هذا المجال حتى تساهم مراكز الرعاية الاجتماعية بدور فعال في تنمية قدرات وتأهيل اطفال التوحد وخلق بيئة تدريبية مناسبة من خلال انشاء وتجهيز مباني يراعي فيها المعايير التي تكفل نجاح البرامج التدريبية حتى تؤدي دورها على الوجه المطلوب وحتى يكون لها الدور الفعال في تنمية وتأهيل اطفال التوحد،العمل على نشر الوعي عبر الوسائط الإعلامية المختلفة المسموعه والمرئية والمقرؤة بالتعريف على اضطراب التوحد واعراضه وعلاماته الأولية. Abstract The research dealt with the role of social care centers in caring for and rehabilitating autistic children. The aim of the research is to determine the reality of social care centers in Khartoum by applying to the Sudan International Centers for Autism and the Sawa Center for Autism in terms of efficiency and effectiveness and to identify the problems and obstacles facing social care centers and the impact of early intervention in Discovering autism, developing capabilities and rehabilitating autistic children. The importance of research comes in shedding light on autistic children and the impact of early intervention in the discovery, care and rehabilitation of cases, and that they are an important segment that must be educated so that they do not become a burden on the family and society, taking and benefiting from the experiences of countries that have advanced in this field. Where the research reached a number of results and recommendations, the lack of financial capabilities is one of the most prominent problems facing the centers for the care and rehabilitation of autistic children, the delay of the family in Sudan in enrolling its autistic child to care centers due to their fear of society’s view of them and their lack of recognition of the child’s disorder in its early stages of injury Due to the lack of sufficient knowledge of this disorder in Sudanese society, raising government financial support and coordinating efforts between government and private institutions working in this field so that social care centers can play an active role in developing the capabilities and rehabilitation of autistic children and creating an appropriate training environment through the construction and equipment of buildings that comply with standards Which ensures the success of training programs so that they perform their role in the required manner and so that they have an effective role in the development and rehabilitation of autistic children, work to spread awareness through various audio, visual and read media by introducing the autism disorder and its symptoms and initial signs.
