(Open ERP) نظام أرشفة وإدارة الوثائق بإستخدام

Abstract

المستخلص تعد مواكبة التطورات المتلاحقة في تقنيات المعلومات والتعامل معها بكفاءة ومرونة من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات ،وبالتالي نمت فكرةالبحث لتتناول مكتب مدير عام وزارةالثقافة والإعلام والسياحة بولاية الخرطوم كدراسة حالة ومن ثم تطويرنظام أرشفة و إدارة للوثائق والملفات لتسهيل وتسريع عملية الوصول لأي مستند بواسطة الأشخاص المصرح لهم في أي وقت، في أي مكان وعلى أي جهاز. النظام المطور مبني على الويبليحل محل تطبيقات سطح المكتب بتطبيقات الويب الغنية. في النظام تم تطبيق مفهوم إعادة الإستخدام في البرمجيات بإعادة تطوير (Open ERP) أو (Odoo) واستخدامه لحل مشكلة الوصول إلى محتوى المستند وكذلك مشكلة تعقيد واختلاف برمجيات الوثائق والمستندات ذات الإمتدادات المختلفه مثل (PDF، JPG، PNG ) الخ .. ، التي تعمل بطرق مختلفة بشكل كبير. تم تطوير نظام أرشفة وإدارة الوثائق لمكتب مدير عام الوزارة بحيث يدعم نوع وثيقة ExcelMicrosoft ،) Microsoft Word، PDF،.( Images هذا النظام سيمكن المستخدم من أرشفة وإدارة المستندات والوثائق داخل متصفح الويب ودون أي دعم تثبيت فقط المتطلبات الوحيدة هي وجود اتصال بالمخدم ومتصفح الإنترنت.

ABSTRACT Longer keep up with the rapid developments in information technology and deal with them efficiently and flexibility of the most important challenges facing the institutions, so the idea of research to address the Office of the Manager of ministry of Culture and Information in Khartoum state as case study and then develop the system archiving and management of documents and files to facilitate and speed up access to any document by authorized persons at anytime, anyplace on any device. The system developed makes use of rich web technology to replace desktop application with rich web application. The system shares the advantage of both web application and desktop application. In the system it has been applying the concept of software reuse for (Open ERP) for solving the problem of access to content of the document and complexity of various software packages like PDF, JPG, and PNG etc... , which work in the way differ dramatically. It was developed archiving and document management system for the Office of the manager on the web. The built-in document type supports are Microsoft Word, PDF, and Images. This system enable user to manage document within the web browser and without any support installed. In other word, the only requirements are connection to server and a web browser.
