Sources of Natural Gases Methanol Production In Sudan

Abstract

Natural gas is regarded as one of the most important resources of raw material for producing methanol as future coming candidate associated with environment. Therefore, we focus on the various sources in this study. Furthermore, the methodology of transferring the natural gas to methanol uses simulation and Modeling system (Aspen Hysys v.7.3). Thus, we change the production operation condition which represents in pressure, temperature, molar flow rate, ratio of synthesis gas and carbon dioxide. Selecting the best economical, environmental equipment’s and optimal method in the process of transferring the natural gas to methanol as associated fuel to the environment. Nevertheless, enhancing the simultaneous production states to reduce the cost of productivity in order to allow the international machines companies producing machines to and comprehend the concept of using methanol as safety fuel and environmentally associated as usual substituted fuel that contain of different amount of detrimental environmental remains.
