تعد الحاسبات الإلكترونية احد المتغيرات المعاصرة التي تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على العمل المحاسبي , بحيث تعمل على رفع كفاءة العمل بالشكل الذي يُمكن من أداءه بصورة جيدة , وتقليل الأخطاء الحسابية, خصوصاً في نظام حوسبة رصد العهد والمرتجعات حيث تواجه النظام بعض المشاكل مثل صعوبة البحث عن ملفات الموظفين في العهد والمرتجعات وأيضاً صعوبة الحصول علي التقرير المطلوب لذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد العهد والمرتجعات لكل الإدارات والكليات , وتسهيل عملية البحث في الملفات , وإستخراج التقارير المطلوبة , ويتبع البحث المنهج التحليلي والوصفي في تصميم النظام وإستخدام كافة البرمجيات ومن أهم الأدوات المستخدمة في هذا النظام لغة فيجوال بيسيك دوت نيت لتصميم شاشات النظام وإس كيو سيرفر لحفظ البيانات , ومن أهم نتائج تصميم برنامج العهد والمرتجعات بحيث أصبح آليا , فقلل من الوقت المهدر في عملية البحث أيضا عمل على ضبط البيانات وحمايتها من الفقدان , وضبط ومعرفة المبالغ المالية التي تم صرفها علي العهد خلال فترات معينة , ومن أهم التوصيات التي يوصى بها هي أن يتم تطوير البرنامج بحيث يعمل في بيئة الأندرويد علي الجوال بحيث يكون أسهل استخداماً .

Abstract

Computers are one of contemporary variables that directly affect accounting works, so as to improve the efficiency of the work in a way that enable it to perform well and reduce the errors in arithmetic, especially in the system of computing the monitoring of the custodies and returns, where the system faces some problems such as the difficulty of searching for files. The study aims to monitor the covenant and returns for all department and faculties, and facilitate the process of searching files, and extract the required reports. The research provides an analytical and descriptive approach to system design and the use of all software, and the most important materials used in this system are ''visual basic language. Net'' to design screens system and ''SQL server'' to save data. One of the most important results is the design of custodies and returns program automatically, so it reduces the time wasted in the search process, and also to control data and protect from loss, to control also the amounts of money spent on the custodies during certain periods. One of the most important recommendations is to develop the program so that it works in the mobile Android so that it is easier to use.
