فعالية دور المنظمات الطوعية في تنمية مجتمعات النازحين (دراسة تطبيقية على معسكر السلام بولاية جنوب دارفور (نيالا))

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة فعالية دور المنظمات الطوعية في تنمية مجتمعات النازحين وإرتباطها ببعض الصعوبات بالتطبيق على (معسكر السلام – بولاية جنوب دارفور - نيالا) وتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في ان مجتمعات النازحين بمعسكر السلام بولاية جنوب دارفور تواجه على وجه التحديد العديد من المخاطر والمهددات من حيث تفشي الأمراض والفقر ونقص الخدمات وغيرها وبالتالي تصاغ المشكلة في معرفة فعالية دور المنظمات الطوعية في تنمية تلك المجتمعات ومعالجة الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجهها مما يساعد على تنميتها وملاحظة مهددات النازح سواء أن كانت إجتماعية او إقتصادية . هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المنظمات الطوعية والتنمية الإجتماعية ، القاء الضوء على أهمية تنمية مجتمعات النازحين ليقوموا بدورهم في مساهمة التنمية المحلية ، التاكيد على دور المنظمات الطوعية في تقليل المخاطر والمهددات . حيث إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لوصف أوضاع النازحين في معسكر السلام بولاية جنوب دارفور ، كما إستخدم أيضاً المنهج الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات المتحصل عليها عن طريق الإستبيان. إستخدم الباحث اربعة فرضيات منها: هناك علاقة طردية بين فعالية دور المنظمات الطوعية في خدمة النازحين والإستقرار والخدمات والمساهمة في التنمية،المشاركة الشعبية في تنمية مجتمعات النازحين أساسية لتحقيق تنمية محلية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: كشفت الدراسة ان اعلى نسبة النزوح كانت في عام 2004 م بنسبة 32% وان أقل نسبة للنزوح كانت في الاعوام 2010 – 2013 م ، بينت الدراسة إلى أن معظم المبحوثين راضين بما تقدمه لهم المنظمات الطوعية . وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها : يجب على المنظمات الطوعية ومؤسسات الدولة التي تخدم في مجتمعات النازحين أن تركز على خدمات التعليم وتدريب وتأهيل الأساتذة وذلك لأن أكثر الفئات العمرية بالمعسكر هي فئات طلاب الثانوي ، ويجب ان تعمل المنظمات الطوعية ومؤسسات الدولة التي تخدم في مجتمعات النازحين على برامج العودة الطوعية للنازحين وتوفير الخدمات الضرورية لهم في الموطن الأصلي. (ه) Abstract The study examined the role of voluntary organizations in the development of IDP communities and its connection to some difficulties in applying to the peace camp in South Darfur. Nyala The study problem is summarized in the fact that the displaced communities in the peace camp in the state of South Darfur face many dangers and threats in terms of disease outbreaks, Therefore, the problem is defined in the effective knowledge of the role of voluntary organizations in the development of these societies and dealing with the difficulties and challenges that face them, which helps to develop them and note the threats of the displaced, whether social or economic. The aim of the study was to reveal the relationship between the voluntary and social development organizations to highlight the importance of the development of the displaced communities in order to contribute to the local development contribution. Emphasizing the role of the voluntary organizations in reducing the risks and threats to the displaced. The researcher used the descriptive approach to describe the situation of displaced persons in the peace camp in South Darfur. He also used the statistical approach to analyze the data and information obtained through the field study. The researcher used three hypotheses of which there is a direct relationship between the effective role of voluntary organizations in the service of displaced people, stability and services and contribution to the development of popular participation in the development of displaced communities essential for achieving sustainable development. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the highest percentage of displacement was in 2004 by 32% The study showed that most of the respondents are satisfied with the voluntary services provided by the voluntary organizations. The study was followed by recommendations from voluntary organizations and state institutions that serve in the displaced communities should focus on education services. Training and qualification of professors, because most age groups in the camp are students of secondary classes should be based voluntary organizations and state institutions that serve the displaced communities in the voluntary return of displaced people and provide them with the necessary services programs in the original home.
