المعاملات المالية عبر الويب بإسنخدام تقنية البطاقات الذكية

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة:- يتطرق هذا البحث إلي دراسة المشكلات التي تعانى منها المعاملات المالية عبر الويب وهنا نقصد عملية سداد مصروفات الدراسية و عملية تحصيل الرسوم من قبل المحاسبين وكيفية علاجها وذلك من خلال تصميم موقع يتم من خلاله سداد الطالب لمصروفاته من دون اي تدخل من العنصر البشري, كما يتناول بعض المواضيع المتعلقة بالبحث كالتعريف بالنقود الإلكترونية و مفهوم البنوك الإفتراضية. ولقد تم دراسة نظام تسجيل الطالب حيث تم تحليل النظام القائم حاليا بالكلية, ثم تصميم نظام جديد يسهل عملية التسجيل بسداد الرسوم الدراسية من خلال الموقع بالبطاقة الذكية الحاملة للقيمة النقدية واستخراج كل التقارير المطلوبة (قائمة باسماء طلاب فرقة ما ، اسماء الطلاب المعفيين من الرسوم الدراسية بفرقة ما او بقسم ما او بكل الكلية ، قائمة باسماء الطلاب الذين كملوا الرسوم الدراسية، قائمة باسماء الطلاب الذين لم يكملو الرسوم الدراسية) من النظام والمتوقعة ومتابعة الطالب منذ تسجيل بياناته حتى إكمال دفعية رسومه. ويتفاعل النظام مع العملاء من خلال إرسال رسائل قصيرة في اجهزتهم المحمولة توضح ما قام به المستخدم في لحظة معينة. وقد تم استخدام لغة php5 و HTML5 و Javascript و Jquery في تصميم وتنفيذ شاشات النظام واستخراج التقارير المطلوبة وعرضها علي الشاشة وطباعتها كل حسب الحاجة. وكما يري الباحث انه ومع ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فإن هذا الأمر ما زال يستدعى المزيد من الدراسة والتحليل من قبل الباحثين والدارسين والمهتمين في هذا المجال وذلك من اجل معرفة طريقة وطبيعة التعامل المثلى بين طلاب الجامعات وجامعاتهم وذلك في إطار الحوكمة الرشيدة وإتاحة مبدأ الشفافية بين كل قطاعات التلعيم العالي (إدارات ، هيئة تدريس ، موظفين‘ طلاب اولياء امور الطلاب والمجتمع ككل) والمصارف التي تشارك في عملية تطوير انظمة التسجيل في الجامعات وذلك من اجل مواكبة التطور الهائل في تكنولوجيا الإتصالات والمعلومات من جهة ومدى إستخدام المستخدم لتلك التكنولوجيا من جهة أخرى .Abstract :- Address this research to study the problems faced by financial transactions over the Web by focusing on the process of payment of tuition and the collection of fees by the accountants and how to treat them through the site design through which to pay the student for expenses without any interference from the human element, and addresses some Kaltarev research topics related to electronic money and the concept of virtual banks. We have been studying a student's registration where the analysis of the system currently in college, and then design a new system facilitates the registration process to pay tuition fees through the site smart card-carrying value of cash and extraction of all required reports (list of names of students band is, the names of students who are exempted from tuition fees team what department or what or all of the college, a list of students who have paid all tuition fees, a list of names of students who did not Akmilo tuition fees) from the system and the expected follow-up since the student record data until the completion of a batch fees. System and interacts with customers by sending short messages in their own portable show what the user is doing at a given moment. Using php5,HTML5,Javascripy and Jquery for design and immplimentation the interface of this system and generating requested report to view on monitor or printing by printer. As the researcher believes that with the findings of the study results, this issue still requires further study and analysis by researchers and scholars interested in this area in order to learn the method and the nature of dealing optimum between university students and their universities and in the framework of good governance and to make principle of transparency between the all sectors of Altalam higher (departments, faculty, staff 'students parents of students and society as a whole) and the banks that participate in the development of registration systems in universities, in order to keep pace with the tremendous development in communication technology and information on the one hand and the user's use of that technology on the other
