توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على واقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة, والتحقق من توظيفها فى تطويرها, واستكشاف أهم المشكلات التى تواجه مديري ومديرات المدارس فى توظيفها, والتوصل إلى توصيات تساهم فى توظيفها استناداً إلى هذه المعايير. تكون مجتمع البحث من مديري و مديرات المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمحلية شرق النيل بولاية الخرطوم, والبالغ عددهم 108 مدرسة. تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 50 مديراً و مديرة باستخدام الطريقة العشوائية المنظمة, بحيث تكون العينة ممثلة لمجتمع البحث، وزعت للعينة استبانة مكونة من 44 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور, وبعد عرض الأداة على المحكمين، والتأكد من ثباتها و صدقها, تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية حيث توصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها: 1. الواقع يشير إلى أن مديري ومديرات مرحلة التعليم الثانوي غير متابعين لتوظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بالمرحلة وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة. 2- تكنولوجيا التعليم تساهم فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة. 3. توجد مشكلات تحول دون توظيف مديري ومديرات مرحلة التعليم الثانوي لتكنولوجيا التعليم فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة. وبناءً على هذه النتائج, أوصى الباحث بالتوصيات التالية: 1- تدريب العاملين بالمدراس الثانوية فى مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. 2- توفير الوسائط التكنولوجية والتشجيع على استخدامها. 3- تخصيص ميزانية كافية لتوفير الأجهزة وصيانتها. 4- نشر ثقافة استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية. 5- الاهتمام بمكانة المعلم لدوره فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية ووضعه الوظيفى ليكون مميزاً فى سلم الخدمة المدنية. Abstract The research aimed to identify, the instructional technology utilization situation, in developing the school management, at the secondary instruction stage, according to the total quality standards, and to investigate to what extent, can be utilized interactively, and to discover the important obstacles, that facing the schools directors, in its utilization, and to come out, with recommendations, that contribute in its utilization, based on these standards. The population of the research consists the secondary school directors, in East Nile locality at Khartoum state, consists of 108 schools. The sample selected consists of 50 directors, to represent the research population. The questionnaire consists of 44 statements, distributed to three cores.The tool was presented to adjustors, then, after the insurance of its validity and its reality, the statically program SPSS, was used to analyze the data. The researcher came out to the following results: 1. The situation pointed, that, the instructors of the secondary schools stage, were not follow the utilization of the instructional technology, in developing the school management, in the stage, according to the total quality standards. 2. The instructional technology contributes, in developing the school management, in the secondary stage, according to the total quality standards. 3. There were obstacles prevent the secondary schools instructors, to utilize the instructional technology, in developing the school management, in the stage, according to the total quality standards. According to these results, the researcher recommended that: 1. Trains the secondary schools labors in the field of instructional technology. 2. Provide the technological media, and encourage their use. 3. Customize enough budget, to provide devices and their maintenance. 4. Distribute the usage of the instructional technology culture, in developing the school management. 5. Caring of teacher situation, for his role in the school management, to be in a good situation, in the civil service.
